location is excellent during Ramadan as prayer rows comes to hotel door the room is tightly small and cant accommodate 2 persons by any mean even no space to pray if you missed a pray in holy mosque toilet is extremely squeezing the space for luggage prevent door opening and during exit and entry to room you should slide your self through the snugly open door. Perfect Arabic coffee and dates at Ramadan breakfast. Restaurant is outside the hotel in a nearby twin hotel of Emaar group few steps walking the buffet is excellent. All reception staff lacks professionalism except Miss Atheer she dealt with my case of shifting Sohor meal to breakfast meal due to early checkout

The hotel is neat and clean. The contact number has to be updated. The person to whom the call went has already left the job hotel

Nice clean hotel, staff are good and location is great. Clean shower and bed

Good place,room is small ,supposed to be near to Haram but street is closed by authorities mostly every preyer that makes it far and you have to walk more distances You have to think well about this issue

حوالى ١ كم بعد الحرم. موظفى الاستقبال كويسين إلى حد ما. لاتوجد خدمة للغرف ولا يوجد بها حتى مياه شرب والنظافة اليوميه تحتاج إلى أن تكون متواجد داخل الغرفه وهو شئ شبه مزعج

Service is niks zoals beschreven de kamers zijn ultra klein badkamer is super klein je kan amper douchen, geen ontbijt of avondeten, je wordt doorverwezen naar een andere hotel (200-300m afstand) waar je wel gebruik van kan maken m.a.w VERSCHRIKKELIJK!!! Telefonisch contact met de hotel onmogelijk, je moet via email berichten en vervolgens wachten op antwoord en dan afwachten wanneer je antwoord krijgt ,

打開房間我笑了，一開門就是一張床不知道是不是拿到的房問不好 917正好是個拐角。 房間裏衹能容納2張90公分的床和一個禮拜的地方。麻雀雖小 五臟俱全。有一個，很小的窗打開是摟間的天井。如果可以的話不要拿這個房間。

The room was not fit for a twin room. could not be accessed as the second single bed was put in front of the entrance literally. The shower is designed as a wet room, where you have to touch the toilet whilst showering. It was not suitable space.
