Nhân viên rất thân thiện. Căn phòng rộng rãi. Vị trí tốt. Mặt xấu duy nhất trong thời gian lưu trú của chúng tôi là tiện nghi. Không có xà phòng, chỉ có thân máy nhỏ mới giặt được 1-2 lần. Dầu gội mini. Không đủ cho 2 đêm mà chúng tôi đã trả. Và không có wifi. Tv cũng bị hỏng nhưng dù sao chúng tôi cũng không cần đến nó. Khuyến nghị duy nhất là các nhân viên đã hỗ trợ chúng tôi.

Compared before the service was excellent, we requested for additional linen and hot water, they are fast, and after 10 minutes we received a call from the reception confirming if we already received what we requested. The room smells good, it is also clean, the tv signal is nice, and the aircon is cool. There's no need to pay for a security deposit. There's an intern who always greeted us.

I love the ambiance. Its peaceful and very convenient. Will come back soon.

The hotel is nice place... Staffs are accomodating.... Been here for 2x..... They upgrade us to suites... We really love it... Thank u eurotel makati.

My 2nd time to stay in this hotel because I'm satisfied with my previous stay. I feel comfortable and had a good night sleep. Very clean with excellent service. The staffs were polite and very friendly . The guard called me for a taxicab. Very accessible to restaurant and malls . I will come back again. ❤️

Good location, customer service is also good, clean rooms except for the comfort room faucets specifically the lavatory and bidet spray with small dripping water.

supposedly the policy is you check in at 13:00 but because of my delayed flight i entered at the hotel around 19:30 but i have to wait because their is no room available said by the staff..il wait for 15 mins and call the staff to mention if am going to wait for how many minutes cause am TIRED...the staff said we upgrade your room to suite room..sir thank you...

breakfast buffet is not enough for the guests aircon is old not best if you’re working since wifi is not working and data is not available due to bad reception.

The room is quite big but not so clean. I called the front desk to get some assistance on their wifi however I had to call them 3 times just to get to our room. I ask for hotwater but no one came.

Close to shopping center, excellent service only the air-conditioning unit is loud, everything else 5* Excellent very cheap breakfast, I would use this hotel again. I noticed after that there are different range rooms for a few $ extra

Although I didn't stay, my friends told me they had a terrible time since they were placed in a room with a broken air conditioner. When they switched rooms, the air conditioning wasn’t working as well! On the third attempt to switch rooms, the aircon finally worked. My friends initially wanted to have a pleasant experience, but because they had to keep changing rooms, it all became frustrating and stressful. After that, my friends decided to order some food to potentially lessen the stress, but the food took a while to deliver. Then, the restroom's supply of toiletries was very lacking. Lastly, the bed was extremely itchy that they started to question whether beds are even being cleaned at all? I'm glad I didn’t stay there because I would have been under stress if I had. Maybe that’s the reason for the low pricing, even though it ought to be sufficient to at least cover the cost of decent service. Especially the aircon incident. Please do better!
