H2 Hotel Mainz

是一間很新酒店，乾濕分離可以分開使用洗手間，格調是工業風，早餐也不錯很豐富，能看到萊茵河很寧靜。車就附近找一下位置，20歐一晚也太貴了吧

Sehr modernes Hotel, sehr schöne Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und elektrischen Rollläden. Das Frühstück war super, ebenso das Abendessen. Alles in allem Top Empfehlung.

Pros - very friendly staff, good breakfast and nice lobby. Cons - small rooms, shower is in the bedroom with a glass door so privacy could be an issue, the ac didn't work even after reporting it, and the amenities are minimal. There is no refrigerator or microwave in the room, no closets, no furniture other than the beds, no coffee maker and no Kleenex. There are no ice makers in the entire hotel and none in the on site restaurant.

Recent structure with large underground parking. Courteous and helpful reception staff. Excellent breakfast with a wide choice, bright and very spacious room.

Hard to find the entrance, you can see it from the street behind a fence but there's no indication that the road to get there is a two way road - it's a poorly thought out two way road that looks like it was originally built to be a one way. When I called to find out how to get there and about parling, I was told their lot was full and park in the bldg next door. I did however the costs are astronomical (35e overnight) and some passive aggressive german left a german note under my wiper, I don't speak german but there were exclamation points and 22.45uhr, no offical signage notification about times, you can drive in and park at any time so presumably someone who has nothing better to do. Also it is cash only, so had to google a bank machine and go for a long walk to find one Cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired, also I'm not a fan of this ridiculous bathroom IN the room architecture of modern german hotels. I don't want the shower next to my bed, keep it seperate. I've stayed at another H2 which had a better bathroom situation but the same cleanliness issue. Also, I didn't appreciate housekeeping knocking on my door to announce themselves prior to me checking out and prior to checkout time. The staff seem to be inexperienced interns, professionalism leaves a lot to be desired. I'm not sure if I would stay with this brand again.

During business trips I care about having a table in the room, so this hotels fits. Spaceous room, huge bathroom equipped even for disabled people, great selection for breakfast, convenient underground parking. All good.

Ich bin sehr viel auf Reisen, aber das ist noch nie passiert. Um 12.00 Uhr bin ich angekommen und habe meinen Koffer abgegeben. Die Antwort auf die Frage, wie spät ich einchecken kann, war prompt "Bis 0.00 Uhr!". Als ich von meinem Geschäftstermin um 22.00 Uhr im Hotel war, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass das Zimmer vergeben sei. Die Sonderkonditionen wurden mir Mittags nicht mitgeteilt. Anreise bis 18.00 Uhr. Hatte ich ja eingehalten mit 12.00 Uhr. Die Haltung war: ich solle froh sein, dass sie mir überhaupt was geben... Das Mehrbettzimmer ist eine Zumutung. Der Lattenrost ein Holzbrett. In der Toilette kein Handtuch oder überhaupt ein Handtuchhalter. Vermutlich soll man sich dort die Hände nicht waschen. Es war zudem hellhörig. Beim Frühstück räume ich natürlich mein Gedeck selbst auf. Bei 108 Euro kann man mir das schon zumuten. Die geschickte Hotelkostenübernahme war nicht auffindbar. Nie wieder!
