My recent stay at JW Marriott Pune was a disaster. The room I was given was shockingly dirty, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. However, the worst part was discovering that the bottled water provided was expired and contaminated with mold. I fell seriously ill after consuming it, causing me to miss important work obligations. Despite an apology from the hotel, the experience has left me with a deep distrust in their ability to maintain basic hygiene standards. I expected much better from a Marriott property and will not be staying here again. If you value your health, avoid this hotel.

Stayed here for a business trip for one night in Pune . Arsad Manyang was amazing and looked after us in the exec lounge with amazing food and drinks. World class service and made sure that our glasses were never empty! Would recommend for anyone staying in Pune.

Arsad in the lounge is fabulous! Super nice and helpful. I really enjoyed all of restaurants in the hotel, but especially Tau Fu. The cabs provided by the hotel were well driven and showed up on time to and from my office. Very comfortable room with a great shower and a really good working area.

Marriott is my favourite hotel & always happy to be there. We had one important business meeting here on 7th Aug. Reached in time, has wonderful meeting in the hotel, could not get conference room as last minute to have meeting there. However, Purva, sales executive helped us to get good space in the loony itself. Had fruitful meeting and were very happy. Had food during the meeting & taste was too good. Thanks JWM

All is perfect : rooms are very confortable, swimming pool fantastic, and above all.........ALL the STAFF is extremely kind and make their best for us. Special mention for Kavita, Nikhil, Arsad, Bharat, Sandhya, Ritika and ALL the other people at 23rd floor particulary. Thanks a lot, you make our stay unforgettable ❤️

Incredibly kind staff, especially Arrya. She continually made an extra effort to make sure I was cared for. Her thoughtfulness made my first time in India feel like my sister was here looking out for me in all of the practical way sisters do. The spas was wonderful, so was the steam room and the buffet was outstanding.

The checkin and checkout was super convenient and easy with the help of Ms. Mamta. The rooms are the coziest ones I have ever slept in, also the JBL speaker in the room gives you the best morning music vibes. The buffet had so much variety, Chef Pratik with his enthusiasm served us really well. Kashmir festival was on and I was thrilled to be a part of it. The Quan spa was a cherry on top for our weekend trip. Overall the experience was 10/10✨ Will surely love to visit again!
