Very good location, amazing and helpful staff specialy the event reps with funny and simple competitions throut the day and will help with ny questions you might have bout best places to eat, visit or whats happening in the island through your stay. Find Oscar hes is your man there 😁

Not the best, been coming to mallorca for the last 15 years and i would say this is the worst experience out of all the hotels. We were checked in and given our room key and told what time food was but that was it, wasn’t told where anything else was. The food is really not great, even basic things like the pasta was hard. We were not even allowed to have floats in the pool, we spent €30 on them walked to the pool the lifeguard didn’t say a thing until half an hour later when i went to get in, there wasn’t even anyone else in the pool. A silly rule! There was no entertainment in the day at all that we saw. The room was small, bathroom tiny. The staff are friendly i will say that and the location isnt bad. Just could do with lots of improvements

The food was good and diverse, proper breakfast and dinner. In rooms the clining stuff makes the room perfect clean each day, they change the towels and arange the things properly. The staff from restaurant was very nice, all the best to Lola and Manolo, the most dynamic and kind people!!!!

We booked here september into october. Weather was great for sunbathing. Lots of sunbeads, so no issue there. Pool was great fro a swim, with a kids pool round by play area beside ping pong table. Bar at pool great. Had the best Pina Colada here. Food great, for meat or veg eaters. We were half board, having breakfast and evening meal. Bought our own drinks each night. Just over 5 euro for the two. Staff lovely, nightly entertainment great to. Room fab, very clean. Safe if wish, you pay for. Air con great, free. Fridge also free. Hairdryer free. TV in english is sky news. Balcony great, had a fab view. Very quiet at night, could not hear next door noise either. Bus stop right outside, so can travel the island on local bus. Beach 5 minutes walk. Great experience, will stay again.

We have had a great time! This hotel is a perfect place to spend as a couple! amazing service and food! We wanted to stay longer, perfect to unwind! But we will surely return on our next visit to Mallorca since it is super well connected!

The hotel is basic but it is clean, comfortable and quiet. The children enjoyed the kids activities, particularly water polo. Food was varied; something for everyone. On the edge of Magaluf but we didn’t hear any noise at all, it wasn’t rowdy. Suitable for families. We’d return.

Big, beautiful room and massive balcony. Fabulous buffet service - the staff here work so hard. I am a picky eater but there was always something nice to eat. The location is fabulous. We loved the wild roosters that crow all the time - a really nice, cheerful sound. Reception staff are extremely helpful. Thank you so much for giving us half board to make up for a small mixup in bookings - which was also put right the next day. We appreciated your kindness very much! I LOVE your hotel. I visited it with my parents when it was the Don Manolo and happy to say, I was in no way disappointed with my return visit. I’m pretty sure that we will return soon.
