Easy to go, not far from all the places you want to see in Madrid, clean and quite this stuff is friendly

This is a nice modern hotel. It’s easy to get to from the metro and airport. It’s only a 30 minute metro into the centre of Madrid from the hotel. The room was good, only problem was the pillows were a bit thin and the window was difficult to keep open unless you wedged something in there but they’re only very minor issues and I was happily stay here again.

Good location, near train station. Hotel is clean. 24 hours receptionist. It has microwave to heat up food.

The worker is so friendly. And I can early check in with extra €10!! Location is really good near the atocha station.

We only had one night here only for a quick stay . It's worth and convenient.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times. Unfortunately, on this occasion the service was poor given that no water was running between 8 am and 4pm for two consecutive days. No discount or offer was given due to the inconvenience. Moreover, the wall plugs were not working.

A bit far away from city center. No hairdryer provided in the room. But clean and helpful staff

location is good. near the centre. staff is very kind and good. they help everything. but rooms is very bad. toilet has not door, water is everywhere when you wash. here is not any space for clothes.

For 1 night stay, its all good, room is super clean. Pillows are not so comfy, unless you request for extra pillows and double bed is just nice for an Asian size couples like us. Not suitable for bigger build bodies. Location is not that centralized and its quiet at night as it is an ofc area, but we managed to try both Taxi/metro for dinner, abt 10-12mins ride. We also went to Madrid Stadium using the metro, a more convenient way.

Excellent location. Méndez Álvaro station is three blocks away and the line that takes you to the airport stops right there. The only issue is the outlet type. Only European, so bring your own adaptors. The bathroom has no real door. You close the shower and the toilet is open. Other than that, the hotel is really good. They lend you a hairdryer for free, have hot water, and the staff were extremely kind and nice. I definitely recommend this place.
