decent hostel, very crowded. room was supposed to have an ensuite bathroom but the room i was assigned to had a bathroom outside, which was pretty inconvenient. there’s no lifts too. i stayed on the first floor but it was right next to the main street which can get pretty noisy.

Generally, the accommodation is very crowded. The check-in efficiency is very good but the room card often does not work, even when the staff help to change the room card. Other good, easy to check out

Location is good as most places of interest (when you google for “must see” in Madrid) are within walking distance. Downside is the noise as it is situated along busy streets and the theatre

房間有隔音，床鋪有床簾，有小置物架同時有usb充電口和插座。美中不足的是床鋪上方的燈雖然關了但還是會有微弱的光源。鎖要額外付錢。

交通便利，工作人員服務很好。附近有好幾個大超市。最近的地鐵站步行三分鐘。到主要各個景點及普拉多博物館步行都在20分鐘內，因此我三進普拉多博物館。下次還會住這裏。

朝はチェロスとコーヒーの朝食が、夜は美味しいサングリアが無料で、とても良かった。 朝の７時に到着したが、男性のスタッフが"チェックインまで共用スペースで休みなさい"と親切な対応をしてくれた。 夜の23時にキッチンと共用スペースはクローズされるので、悲しかった。 チェックアウト後の荷物の預かりは無料だったが、20時までの制限があった。 立地はとても良く、徒歩での散策が楽しく、スーパーマーケットやローカルメルカドが近い便利なエリアだった。

酒店位置不錯，去哪裡都是步行距離，工作人員服務態度很好。早上提供免費油條。

位置很靠近地鐵站和葯房，房間很大很舒適，staff are very nice. 上床的欄桿太硌腳，床頭沒有置物空間

Way Hostel Madrid made my short trip to Madrid worth it! They have very clean rooms, great amenities and good vibes! We stayed in a mix shared room with a private bathroom attached, both of which were so spacious! The staff was very sweet and accommodating, they made sure our check in was simple and let us store our luggage as well before the check in and check out time so we could explore! They had some good churros for breakfast and the Sangria tasted so good and was free! They host other game and food nights as well that I wish I could be a part of! We also went for the paid pub crawl that they offer and special mention to Alejandra Moreno: our host, "drunken mother" 🤭 and care taker for the night, she made sure we were all safe, hyped us to have fun to make the most of our night out! ✨🫶🏻💯

One of my favourite hostels I have stayed in in Europe. It was clean, beds were lovely, wall plugs at every bed and privacy curtains. They did paella night for only 5€ and delicious tapas night for only 10€!! there was free sangria every day and the staff were so lovely!! Good place to meet people, a nice social hostel but not a crazy party hostel. I highly recommend staying here, me and my friend had a really nice time.

As long as you open the Google Maps software, you will know that this kind of thing has happened to many people: this hotel does not allow changes to the accommodation time. Even though you can check from the website that there are available rooms in September and the price is cheaper, the accommodation rooms are unavailable. I was willing to change my check-in date. Their official website said I could contact you directly to change the date. And there were still four months until check-in, but they said they didn’t have a room! I want to complain about their unfair system! In addition, I would like to complain specifically to the waiter, Lucia Branca. She ignored any of my requests and communicated with me in a very bad tone. I experienced the worst service in Europe! I would never recommend this hotel! Con sólo abrir el software de Google Maps sabrás que a mucha gente le ha pasado este tipo de cosas: este hotel no permite cambios en el horario de alojamiento aunque puedes comprobar en la web que hay habitaciones disponibles en septiembre. y el precio es más barato, las habitaciones de alojamiento no están disponibles. Estaba dispuesto a cambiar mi fecha de check-in. Su sitio web oficial decía que podía comunicarme con usted directamente para cambiar la fecha. ¡Pero dijeron que no tenían habitación! ¡Quiero quejarme de su sistema injusto! Además, me gustaría quejarme específicamente con la camarera Lucia Branca.
