The Hotel has probably stopped in the 1980s to add anything in terms of development and refurbishment. The room itself with a carpet full of zones of different shadings, old furniture with scratches, a bed where the substruction seemed to be dismantled and far to short for the kingsize bed being booked. The bathroom showed mildew in corners of the bathtub, cracks at the wall, an old wodden toilet lid on top of the ceramic. Also, beside the "Hardware" the service at breakfast was a shame, unfriendly and not custom like. This is the worse hotel I ever was in my life (Hundreds so far) and I don't have any idea why anyone would rate that place for stay with 4 stars instead of max. 2

Super recommended! Nice staff, reception available 24/7 perfect for late check-in. Few blocks from public transport straight to city center. Nice neighborhood, perfect for a 2-day stay Good variety in breakfast.

Ruben at the front desk was awesome! I everything was perfect from checking to checkout. Location is good and rooms are big for Madrid. The I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that might want to stay here long or just a quick stay like we did!

Hotel viejo. Moquetas y baños con suciedad. No apetece nada andar descalzo por si pillas algo. No dan comidas ni cenas, y el lobby es prácticamente inexistente. No debería tener 4 estrellas. Además de ser caro en mi opinión. Para pasar una noche y no más.

L’accueil est très professionnel, tout le personnel est aux petits soins. Les chambres qui donnent sur l’extérieur sont très spacieuses, l’ameublement par contre est un peu juste. Il manque la possibilité de se faire un thé ou un café, et pas de table. La literie est correcte. L’insonorisation est inexistante, on entend les voisins tousser, parler, on comprend presque ce qu’ils disent sans faire d’effort. Les installations sont vétustes, la moquette douteuse. Les fenêtres mal isolées.

Muy bien situado, en una zona tranquila del barrio, pero con bares y restaurantes muy cerca. Parada de metro cerca Habitación muy grande, aunque carecía de elementos de cortesía, como posibilidad de hacerse un té o un café Enchufes no lejos de la cama Baño, suficiente, aunque necesita retoques ,(esmalte de la bañera, grietas de la pared) No comento la decoración, que se ha quedado un poco viejuna, pero no me parece lo más importante Limpieza, muy bien No conseguimos engancharnos a la Wifi Buffet de desayuno, muy bueno, aunque caro, 14€. Una sola persona atiende los desayunos, incluyendo hacer los cafés. En algunos momentos se le acumula el trabajo, pero es muy maja y atenta Lo que más eché en falta, bar en el propio hotel, para tomar algo sin salir; en las calles alrededor sí hay posibilidades

Attention VOL chambres à rénover et tres mal insonorisées!!, salle de bain fuite au flexible de la douche. Mals le pire on m a volé dans l armoire er fouillé dans mon linge sale!! 3 soutiens gorge.. valeur 100 euros .. Le directeur est venu dans la chambre je lui ai expliqué qu un soutien gorge propre avait été dérobé sur l etagere du placard et qu en regardant si par mégarde je n avais pas mis "au sale" j ai constaté que je n en avais plus un seul, seules les culottes restaient !! Il m a d abord dis que je les avais laissé sur le lit et que c était parti à laver avec les draps... je ne suis pas stupide😅 mais admettons ... Le jour du départ il a remis carte pour faire un mail .. chose faite et depuis silence radio aucune réponse. Donc vol mauvaise fois et aucune correction. Vraiment à fuir. Et mesdames Attention à vos sous vêtements.

Para el precio que tiene el alojamiento, la habitación no era muy confortable por la ventana, que daba a un patio interior y porque la TV no funcionaba

Hotel que cumple las expectativas. Bien situado, habitaciones amplias, aseo correcto y empleados muy amables. Como único pero, al parking se accede mediante ascensor de vehículos y resulta un poco estrecho.
