Hotel Chamartin the One

Hotel Chamartín The One is conveniently located directly above Chamartín Train Station, a major regional transfer hub, making it easily accessible for travelers. However, the availability of amenities is limited. The hotel staff were not particularly welcoming and often did not greet guests. The property itself is quite dated, with several areas showing signs of poor maintenance.

I came to Madrid for the holidays, specially selected this hotel becoz of it's location and price. Room size is just right with this price range. I wished the room Aircon could be controlled as it is centrally controlled by hotel based on season, right now we could only adjust the fan speeds but not the temperatures. The room feels warm and uncomfortable without opening up the windows. Road noise will permeate into the room if the window has to remain open to allow cool air circulation via the windows. Next, Tv channels are for Spanish. As a hotel with so many international travelers, hotel should have some international channels or a YouTube/ Netflix as an option for the guests. Hotel is well located above a huge main train station that has metro lines,Renfe trains and high speed trains.

Very great location, beside the metro, renfe and train to airport. Luggage service is great, we can keep our belonging free as long is the same day as we checked out

Not the best choice to stay in Madrid. Quite dirty place that is not cleaned for the whole day. We were walking from the morning till 15.00 and when we came back the room haven’t been cleaned yet

This hotel is an excellent choice—clean and conveniently located next to a train station. It’s not far from the Real Madrid stadium and is also very close to the airport and convention centre.
