As any Crowne, it’s nice. Good bar with tasty food and warm welcoming check in front desk. The room itself is clean, but as an Euro style, the beds are always combined by two singles. This gives back pain. The location is nice to the airport, and easy public transportation to go into center Madrid. Well, overall, I’d recommend this hotel for the airport connection.

I would suggest using the paid airport shuttle because it is cheaper and convenient. For the bus, you will have to change it once. It will be a hassle with luggage. It is at least 45min from the city centre. You will have to take a bus and the metro to reach the city centre For the nearest bus stop follow the signs provided at the hotel instead of using Google Maps because the bus stop suggested by the hotel was not shown on Google Maps and it is also cheaper. The hotel is located near no cafe or eateries. Hence go for the breakfast option at the hotel. The heating works well and the other hotel facilities are up-to-the-mark. The hotel rooms are spacious.

Great Hotel Overall. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Hotel had all the amenities needed and Most of the staffs were super friendly and helpful except for one lady. Location is abit far from anything but wasnt a big issue for us. I would return here again indefinitely

酒店太棒了，離機場非常近，然後早餐和晚餐特別好，前台接待很和善，非常貼心的早辦了入住，很多歐美酒店一定要到下午，提前還收費，這個酒店很好。另外有接機需要提前預約，然後網上付費，5歐，很方便。另外房間很舒服，裏面有熱水壺和咖啡壺。大堂還有熱水，健身房等。房間還有人性化的歡迎卡。中間轉機第一選擇。IHG會員也累計。有位前台工作小姐姐叫Ms.Paula特別好，幫我很多，會英文，特別温暖。 Dear Conchi Murillo, Very nice to hear from you. The hotel is impressed to me and it is so nice and sweet. Very close by Airport and fantastic shuttle bus to hotel from airport. Ms. Paula did a great job for me and advise me for breakfast, check in earlier and show me the room. Amzing breakfast and dinner in Hotel. I will be back soon and I am aslo member of IHG. My score to hotel is not 10 but 12. All the guys from your hotel is nice. Hot water at lobby and fantastic room with coffee maker and hot water boiler. Very sweet with welcome card makes very 😊. 안녕하세요 Trip.com 에서 저한테과 그만 금액이 대략 200 유로가 넘는데 호텔에서는 영수증 끊어줄때 177 유로를 끊었습니다 여러 가지 생각이 들었는데 아마도 Trip.com 에서 30유로 이상의 중간 마진을 가진 것 같습니다. 이 부분을 조금 더 명확하게 저한테 사전에 얘기를하셨으면 오해가 덜 했을 거 같은 데음 조금 기분이 유쾌하진 않았습니다. 어쨌든 제가 지급한 만큼의 영수증을 받지 못 했고, 30유로 정도가 부족한 인보이스를 받아서 매우 유쾌하진 않았습니다. 이 부분에 대해서 Trip.com 에서 명확하게 해명 해 주셨으면 좋겠습니다.

機場周邊少有能有機場穿梭巴士的酒店。四歐元一個人需要提前在官網預訂。在周邊開車五分鐘。有一家中國人開的餐廳，裏面主要是西班牙菜，但是老闆非常好，得知我們超級想吃中國菜後，還幫我們做了清蒸比目魚。

裝修不新，浴缸是擺設，除了貴點其它都還好。

Genial estancia con la familia. El baño es amplio y tiene bañera y ducha, nos encanto. Lo único sería que para familias de 4 hubiera una cama doble y dos individuales en la habitación para comodidad de los peques. Cerca de Ifema. La atención muy buena.

平常年份不説，我即使2021，22都設法出國，21年為了一探美國是否每天死亡白w人，22年 躲避 此起彼伏的封城。在歐美，選擇機場附近酒店，要麼是到達晚，要麼是在出發，偶爾如我這次，停留兩天，進城逛一下 結果，我混跡歐美這麼多年，第一次踩坑，首先這個酒店在高速附近的荒野，按照欺負 歌手李玟的 那個跑到寧夏的導演，留了句話：兔子不拉屎的地方，沒任何飯店，超市 地鐵，然後接送機還收費，按人頭收費 我訂單是一個人入住，check in 一個人，去早餐廳一個人，而且還和對房間，姓名，然後幸虧，我因為等送機的車，閑來無事，去前台結賬，（平時就是卡放房間或者前台盒子），，結果他們給我算了兩個早餐費，信用卡入住時候被做了按金凍結。這個酒店，我奔着皇冠假期去的，結果就是漢庭1.0的水平。

比去年9月份來改善了很多，尤其是前台重新改善了很多、早餐算是可以接受的啦，房間還是比較安靜的，空間也大。離機場也很近，10來分鐘，基本上打車也就是起步價了。酒店還提供點餐服務，如果你很晚到酒店餐廳關門的情況下，這個服務還是挺不錯的

距離城裡比較遠，旁邊SE744公交車週末不開，需要走大概一公里過馬路去另外一個公交車站，而且那個公交站基本都是綠色的車，不能用旅遊包天的A區公交卡。
