I liked the decoration of the room. It was simple, but really homey. The rooms have an AI control panel that you can use to control the lights, temperature and set an alarm (can change settings to English but need to speak to the AI in Chinese). The ventilation of the room was nice and it felt very comfortable. The airport shuttle service was convenient, and the hotel is only 5 minutes from the airport.Reservation department Kiki's quality of service was also very good, we were very satisfied with the experience!

The best hotel I've ever stayed in China. Also my colleagues are satisfied with here. By few minutes walk, there are good restaurants like picture.

The room, the staff, the location of the hotel, hygiene..everything was perfect..they even provided the airport drop-off for free! The service was also excellent, just the breakfast could use a little more Western varieties! Highly recommended!

Very very good hotel.We had long transit.hours and.this hotel was not only afford but super clean and staff are very friendly. I enjoyed the proximity, breakfast and exceptional.service from Ken,Eva and Cassie. The chef too was really helpful as I just needed a simple boiled egg rather than the one boiled in soy or something bin.dark version and he did get me some. Highly recommendable if you have long transit hours it will.be worth every penny.

Perfect to stay overnight at the airport when connecting from the wild west to the east of China

The hotel is outstanding in cleanliness. Location is just a few minutes from the airport, you can call them and they will send a pickup and provide drop from and to the airport. The staff is well trained and go the extra mile for you,the check in was smooth and quick. Breakfast was decent, not a huge spread but reasonably good. You will be welcomed by a pleasant smile for sure by Miya liu at the reception. All in all a thumbs up for the place and their staff.
