Hotel com uma ótima localização, uma excelente recepção, quartos confortáveis, e um maravilhoso café da manhã .

Hotel top, excelente local!

This is my 2nd time at Maceio Mar Hotel. I booked 3 terrazza rooms and all had great views of the beach. For some reason, mine was the smaller of the 3, but it was still a great room. Parking can be a problem at the hotel, but if you are okay walking or taking an uber for short trips, it's not. The breakfast was always wonderful with so many choices. I love the fresh fruit and juices that were available. Great location. Right across the street is the beach and there are plenty of restaurants within a few blocks. I still wish they would get some staff that spoke some english.

I'm not a Portuguese speaker and it would have been nice if there was someone on site that spoke some English. Google Translate was my fried when I needed to convey or get the help from the front desk. The only complaint I have is road noise. I understand that being right on the beach and the traffic is heavy, but the single pane windows let the sound right through it. Having said this, I was exhausted from all of my daily fun/sun/activities that after about 5 minutes, I fell asleep fairly quickly. Lots of beach activities right across the street, beautiful view, great breakfast buffet.

Good location poor customer service

O hotel precisa de reforma urgente. Têm tudo para ser um grande hotel… tamanho de quartos e banheiros, ótimos… mas td muito velho

De jeito nenhum vale o que oferece. O hotel está precisando passar por uma reforma geral urgentemente. - Quarto - grande e com camas confortáveis. Muito mal iluminado. - Banheiro - super pequeno, sem lugar para colocar nada. - Café da manhã - havia filas todos os dias. Pouquíssima variedade de alimentos. Sucos, se é que podemos chamar de suco, eram super aguados. Em suma, vc olhava e não dava vontade de comer. O ar condicionado praticamente não funcionava. - Atendimento - as meninas da recepção foram super solicitas e as camareiras super fofas. Meu filho adorava chegar no quarto e encontrar uma "escultura" feita com os cobertores e o bilhete carinhoso. - Restaurante - à noite eles oferecem um jantar self-service. Vc paga 75,00 por pessoa e come a vontade. Pelo o que é oferecido, como no café da manhã, sem nenhuma varidade, valeria no máximo 30,00. Chegamos à noitinha e pedimos um sanduíche. Não tinha pão, não tinha hambúrguer. Pedimos uma Coca zero. Nao tinha. Não tinha nenhum refrigerante zero. - Preços no bar da piscina - tudo extremamente caro. Uma latinha de Brahma, de Brahma, 13,00. Latinha, não latão. Não gostamos da experiência, não indicamos e não voltaremos. Com exceção do atendimento das meninas da recepção, de um garçom do restaurante, e das camareiras, o hotel precisa, desesperadamente, de uma reestruturação.

A varanda do apto 811 precisa de revisão , visando evitar a infiltração da água da chuva não entrar no apto.
