spacious room,just that the toilet is moldy.and i booked for non smoking room but they put me in a smooking room. as of the location it is actually good,walking distance to all of the amazing views in cotai macau

It’s not a four star hotel at all just a 2-3 star from my perspective The public facilities are all closed and the receptionists don’t know when it’s open or close Booked a smoke free room at 8th floor however the whole floor seems to be a non smoke free area however they helped us change the room to 9th floor , thanks for that But the whole vibe is not a 4 star for sure, just a 3 star

Very poor staff lazy not under stand English there nothing in room why diposit 50 euro Room very cold no heater cant sleep waist money

The location of hotel is near Galaxy casino. So it's convenient for us to go there. The room is clean and tidy with good view. The staff are polite and friendly. It would be better if there are provision of box tissue inside room as well as butter and simple tea at breakfast buffet.

Stayed for 1 night. The hotel is quite old but it is generally clean. There was not enough plugs for charging my electronics devices. During my stay, there was a blackout in the middle of the night and I needed to call front desk for help.

I was disappointed by the breakfast as it only had congee, rice and bread. The room looked old and a staff there could not communitcate with English nor Chinese.

The wifi in the room is not really working… there is a construction for the crossing bridge right in front of the hotel and it caused us to walk a long way to get to the hotel. The hotel breakfast is not really great as well. Nothing much,

The hotel is quite old. But cleans well. The room smelled of cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room. Breakfast is diverse but not delicious. Difficult to find a taxi
