Sảnh khách sạn sạch sẽ và ngăn nắp, các phòng đều rộng rãi và có tầm nhìn tuyệt vời từ ban công. Các nhân viên lịch sự và chu đáo về nhu cầu và yêu cầu của chúng tôi. Điều làm chúng tôi thất vọng là họ không thông báo cho chúng tôi rằng khu vực bể bơi đang được cải tạo.

DO NOT STAY THERE! A very disappointing experience! Our sixth visit to them, but the standards have dropped dramatically! The food is always cold; except for the pools which are hot! Room service took more than an hour! Who wants to have dinner at 11 pm? When we wanted to pay for the cold meals, the waiter nearly blocked our bank card as he did not know how to do it after we told him several times how to do it! They should fumigate the whole place. With a previous visit, my father had to be hospitalized after something bit him. He was bleeding non stop. There was nobody with medical training on site. They also did not know what to do. Today on checking out another guest complaint that he had to go to hospital after something bitten him in the room. He had a severe rash. Management wanted to see the rash! Really? The same happened to my father: the reception wanted to see where he got bitten as if they don’t believe you. Who will expose their private parts to a receptionist? This was our last visit to Grand Coloane, because there is nothing “grand” about GRAND COLOANE anymore!

We really enjoyed our 1 night stay with my family. The best amenities we’ve experienced so far. We tried the sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi, and the outdoor heated pool with bubbles. The room and the balcony is very spacious. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating especially Ms.Lorie who helped us in our checked in. We will definitely recommend this hotel. We hope to come back soon.

Resort is pretty good. Swimming pool and outdoor are really nice and green. The hotel is old and needing a renovation. Restaurants are average

Unique locationfor Macao by the side of a bigg naturaal beach with stunning views around. Spacious rooms well maintained and equipped. A couple of decent restaurants on the territory and a good Portugese one in the vicinity, - perfect layout for enjoying your quiet leisure time. Though if you wish, the bustling Taipa with grand casinos and crowds of raging players is just 10 minutes away.

good place to stay if you're looking to stay away from the hectic parts of the city centre. kind staff and had a surprise decoration and birthday cake for my partner celebrating his birthday.

The staff are all super friendly and so helpful, always greeting you with the warmest smile. We had a very nice staycay at the resort. It is on a more secluded location but we intentionally chose that for a more slow paced getaway. Taxis can be a bit hard to get, especially on a rainy day so leave enough time for commutes.

My friend gf stayed at the hotel and surely enjoyed their trip and stay. I was told that they will book again :)

Very nice resort by the beach nice environment for kids and leisure , efficient service and famous Portuguese restaurant next to the resort!

It was such a nice experience, the resort was very clean even the staff were very helpful .

This was one in a lifetime experience which was such a pleasure for me. The stuff seems to be very experienced with serving their guests and some more experienced than the others they make you feel more welcomed. There are so many great things to do inside the resort from Jacuzzi, yoga, walk by the beach, eat nice food or just sit outside and have a cup of tea while listening to nice music. They also have free shuttle rides to Coloane ***** which is nice. This resort is an ideal escape from our busy lifestyle you get to relax while you have nice food. I got to take really nice pictures when I was here. I would recommend this resort to my friends and would definitely book again in future.❤️

Always the best of the best for me! For its outside the city and has the best view and best big balcony! Most of all the size of the room is the most satisfying! Big and cozy!

It's a bit far from the city proper but they offer free shuttle going to the venetian. This is a perfect place for people who wanted a quiet and peaceful surrondings.
