Not the most convenient location, but there’s shuttle buses provided by the hotel to/from the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, The Venetian and The Parisian. Shuttle buses to the hotels at Cotai Strip only starts from 11AM though, would be great if it can start earlier. The staff also made up for it with their service! They were very helpful in directing us to the bus stop that we were looking for, and helped us to break our note to give us small change so that we can get around Macau by public bus. Ron very kindly upgraded us to a sea view room and we had a very comfortable stay!

Aged decor but clean enough. It's worth five stars actually.

We had an awesome stay at Sands Macao. The service was excellent, any calls for extra towels were met within minutes. We lost an item on a shuttle bus and the staff tried very hard to help. Communication was great. The room was spacious and looked well maintained. Definitely recommend :)

My stay at the Sands Macao was fantastic! Perfectly located on the Macau Peninsula, the hotel dazzles with its golden facade and top-notch amenities. The Deluxe Suite was a highlight—spacious, luxurious, and spotlessly clean, it felt like a true escape. The staff were exceptional, especially Manager Dean, whose attentiveness made everything seamless, and Bruce, the luggage guy, whose friendly help set a warm tone. Thanks to them and the team, I can’t wait to return!

We have a perfect stay and especially i would like to thank the concierge team (including the team lead Mr Wan). Their super warm welcome really makes me feel like home and we have a very memorable celebrations with daughter. Everything is perfect for the hotel and we will definitely come back the Sands again when we visit Macau. Thanks again!

The hotel room and service were very good. The staff was very friendly and always supporting on our needs. The gym and swimming pool was also very nice.  The only thing we were missing is western style breakfast options.

The front desk offered late check out and elderly chair in view of my aged father.  Very considerate.  Great service!

Clean hotel rooms and good front desk service. The dining needs some improvements. Unfortunately, some restaurants do not work until dinner, and even Macdonald’s works until 6pm only 😞

I stayed in this hotel in mid April, experience was not good so I would like to cancel booking in end April, unfortunately they said no refund if I cancelled the booking. So I stayed in this hotel again but no more.

I come with my client who can only speak in English. Unfortunately the lady in reception was not available to speak in English, ridiculous in a 5 star hotel. Also their facility is getting old and from the hotel to downtown you have to walk 15mins, not a very good option for me in the future.

Staff in hotel is well-trained and service mind , hotel room is beyond expectations against cost that we pay and hopefully we can back to stay there soon☺️
