We had a good stay. It was extremely difficult to find the location, name of hotel is not in English so it didn’t exist Apple Maps. Name of hotel at the entrance is also in Chinese and little print in English. It was not convenient for us. Few things need to be improved.

Room is clean and decent, however a smaller room was provided despite booking for a larger room. Only realised after check out. Location is very good, just that taxi can't stop at the door front cos entrance is at a small alley. Safe to walk thru.

Cute hotel. Would recommend. + Spacious and modern + Friendly service + Great location in the heart of Macau, food and convenience stores nearby - Some fixtures on handles, buttons, etc. were broken - Trash bin and shower were not properly cleaned between stays of guests

Finding the hotel is a bit tricky but it is near to a popular tour spot ans in the middle of a tourist area. The room was ok.

Location location location! It’s only 5 minutes walk to the ruin of St. Paul and surrounded by loads of shops and local restaurants. Room is a bit small but you get walk you pay for, it’s perfect for budget travellers. Taxi cannot stop in front of the hotel door, but it’s only 3 mins walk from the road.

Convenient space but not very clean. Got into bed bug attack from the pillow and skin rash for more than a week.

Positive - Room was spacious and decoration was nice. - Toilet was sufficient. - Bed firmness was medium to hard. - Good location nearby to restaurants and attractions. - No direct car to lobby but near to alley for car to drop by. - Front desk was allright Negative - Room was dusty. - Sofa is very dusty and not clean. I sat and took a short nap one of the afternoon and that cause rashes all over my body after. The rashes came little by little. - Some distance from main street if you are taking the bus. Taxi will be able to drop you somewhere nearby with 5mins walking distance. - Water pressure can be better

Staff is very friendly. The hotel located is very near to tourist spot. Very convenient

Fair room and well organized. Convenient to all streets foods around.

Very close to the main attraction of Macau - Santo Antonio. The room is clean and cozy, has everything you need. The main attractions are within walking distance, you can go to the casino by bus. Nice and helpful staff. There are many places to eat nearby. Suitable for all travelers and not only

The front desk staff is not accomodating in asian people like me they had a discrimination in accomodating people if your chinese your their priority if not your not accomdating this hotel is not recommendating in others they should be friendly and accomodating the staff is always using phone and lay down instead assisting you

The hotel is located in a small lane and taxi can't go in, the driver didn't know the hotel and couldn't find it, he dropped me off nearby and I had to ask around and it took me 15 mins to walk and found it. The room is small and with moldy smells when opening the door, it took a while to go off after turning on the Aircon, the toilet size is Ok and clean, the bed is comfortable for me, the window view can see opposite houses about 3m away only. The wall socket is similar to Hong Kong UK 3-Pin type but the Kettle and Hairdryer are China's Plug, so need adapter and you can borrow it from the Reception. I wonder why they put a flower pot under the Hanging clothes area? It may easily fall down when I hang my clothes but luckily it's glued so no problem. The surrounding has many local foods and shops and Shopping Mall nearby. Overall, this is the first time I stayed in a small hotel hide in a small lane and Taxi can't reach it, I check-out next day is a rainy morning, I have to pull a big luggage with a gift items bag and walk under the rain for 50m to wait for a Taxi at roadside, luckily bought a small umbrella with me but still half wet when getting on board a Taxi.

I found the place good and clean, it was a little difficult to find, but the place is great for the price. I was travelling alone, however, i can also recommend it to people travelling in group or couples. No negatives!

The location is good but very difficult to get taxi. Asked the receptionist to help but they are not very helpful. Cleanliness is acceptable but can be better
