Receptionist were not that accomodating compared to other hotels ive been to

Hotel looks and smells old. Though room is spacious, with cable TV, ref and safe. 👍👍👍 Food is very good, many choices for a buffer breakfast. The resto is serving battirol, coffee and fresh ginger lemon honey tea. And I love the ginger tea so much. Resto and food overall is great! Resto servers are all accomodating. As well as hotel staff. Hotel also have golfcart to transfer the guests to ****** and new premier royce hotel.

The overall stay was good, mall still under construction. Pool is small

Enjoyed our stay. Our room was suprisingly spacious for a deluxe twin room and all hotep staff are friendly, professional, and approachable.

Good price in Clark, new and spacious. Unfortunate the breakfast is limited choice and turnover is slow. Swimming pool is not big but my kid do enjoyed it.

Can improve on service when checking out. It took too long to check out. Called for trolley service but 20mins already but nobody is coming up. We brought our luggages by ourselves instead. Checking out, after submitting our key cards, it took them 30mins to finalize that there was no charges.

Fireworks are good, the free merienda cena is delicious and their design is festive.

We had a great stay. We love the snacks offered by the Lounge. And we also enjoyed our buffet breakfast. Lots of options. We'll definitely come back.

Royce Hotel deserved to be called as luxury hotel. The room is really spacious. 1 of the hotels where i could say that i was really relaxed. Food options are good too. Pastries are of the good taste because the sweetness is balanced or should I say not dangerously sweet. I will definitely consider Royce for next visit in Clark.

Breakfast buffet is nice. There was a merienda buffet as well. The only problem we see is that the lobby does not have comfortable couches. The chairs for guests waiting to transact with the front desk (check in and out) are only made of wood which made our backs hurt. It would be better if they put a couch for guests at the lobby, just like the ones outside the breakfast buffet place.

Love the interiors of the new wing/building!! Our room was very spacious and the interiors felt luxurious for the price. Food choices at the breakfast buffet and restaurant choices offered a variety of cuisines. Will definitely come back!!

The room was very clean and very spacious. It was super great experience to stay in their premium rooms.

Nice that Royce has new tower. Clean and the service is very good.
