The room and beds are very high quality. Like sleeping on clouds. The staff members are very nice….like staying at your families home, but better.

Overall, this is a charming hotel. The staff could not have been more friendly. We really liked the onsite restaurants. I do have a few issues with this hotel though. First, I reserved a premium king room and the actual room size is nothing like the photos they display for a premium king on their website. On their website photo, there is a white sofa in the room. There would have been no room for a sofa in the room we stayed in unless it was leaning up against the wall. See my photo of our premium king room and compare to their website. Second, breakfast consists of a muffin (good), a small Chobani yogurt, an orange juice, and an apple. Both mornings we were there, the apples were moldy. And lastly, there is a train that runs right by the hotel that blasts it's horn going by. It runs late at night. If you are a light sleeper, it may be an issue.

We love this hotel! We have come back time and again. The property is so unusual being a very old shoe factory turned hotel. The staff is always so pleasant. We love all the dining options just a short walk away. We will be going back!

Fantastic experience - 5 stars for sure
Lynchburg as whole rolls up it’s sidewalks at 9pm so be aware if you are having a late dinner -
The elevator was being worked on but truly did not take away from the stay.
The continental breakfast is delivered to your room - not a social experience.
Very convenient in downtown
Staff is amazing - friendliest I have encountered.

The Craddock-Terry is so comfortable, wonderful beds, beautiful rooms, friendly staff, and a great location! Also a great pet-friendly destination!

We are repeat guests here and the experience is consistently nice. The comfort of the room and the convenience of the location makes it our go-to home away from home when we visit Lynchburg.

Very nice and unique hotel in a great location. Restaurants on property but also near lots of other as well as the river walk and other scenic places.

Such a cute, well manicured hotel with a cool history. Front desk staff always friendly and available. They were very transparent about the noise from nearby train tracks, and offered ear plugs and a sound machine. Trains were loud during the day but not bothersome at night. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms. Walking distance to lots of food options. A really enjoyable stay!
