Perfect location, and surprisingly quiet. The hosts were incredibly helpful and took very good care of us. The rooms are very clean and tidy, and are cleaned to a very high standard every day. The place is close to the walls of Lucca. We thoroughly enjoyed the 6 night stay. There is parking right outside the door.

We have stayed in this hotel for two nights. It is very clean, quiet and very good location, the owners were very attentive and client oriented, we will definitely go again! They also speak English. Many thanks to Gabriele!

Big, cozy, clean rooms, athough not so modern. Free parking on the courtyard. Shared balcony with neighbouring rooms. Location is good; outside the old city walls but only a short walk (10 minutes). A bit tricky to find since it's not visible to the street. We stopped where the navigation told us to but had to wander around a bit to realize the hotel entry was around the corner in a courtyard. Not a big problem but good to know. The breakfast was quite poor with very limited options, but ok coffee.

We select the two bedrooms suite . And we had just one bedroom 1 bathroom. Not very clean air conditioning not working, kitchen not for using. Don’t like .

Breakfast is always at 7-10 in Italy, so when you get up at 6, it's a pain to wait until 8:30. I've always had a kettle in my room but this one had no kettle/tea/coffee etc. Bed was terrible- two single beds put together is not a double bed. Nice people though. Also didn't like it being next to a gun store. That creeped me right out!

Very friendly manager and extremely helpful. The hotel is so close to the center and yet so quiet at night. Breakfast was good enough for me and I eat a lot! Lots of extras like access to beer, wine and water (if you are so inclined). For the energetic there is even bike hire. I whole heartedly recommend Ai Cipressi without hesitation.

very close to the town walls, clean, with large, cosy rooms. the owners are very friendly and helpful. the b&b is not directly on a street, which makes it quite silent at night. === molto vicino alle mura della citta', le stanze sono grandi e accoglienti. i proprietari sono molto disponibili con indicazioni per visitare la citta'. il b&b si trova in un cortile interno, il che lo rende poco rumoroso la notte.

Semplicemente straordinario il tutto,in primis i proprietari..!! Appena possibile in primavera o nell' anno ci torniamo.
