My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at La Boheme in Lucca. The owners were so nice and so helpful. Breakfast was very good with eggs made to order. Our room was very clean and I think it had the most comfortable bed and pillows I have experienced in Europe on this trip! The location is perfect for exploring Lucca and is about a 10-15 minute walk from the train station. I would definitely stay here again!

Deborah was a terrific host -- so friendly and gave us lots of local advice to make our short stay as memorable as possible. La Boheme is well positioned in the city, convenient to everything. The breakfast was delicious too. We want to come back to Lucca and would stay at La Boheme again.

The daily Breakfast was varied. The bedroom room was clean and spacious and nicely decorated. The owners were friendly and it was centrally located in a quiet area The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. They offer parking for a fee but I would recommend parking outside the city walls as the streets are very narrow

This b&b is one part of a larger building. It is a little off putting to walk into a dark lobby filled with bicycles and strollers but once inside it is delightful. The owner is on the premises and the breakfast is really good. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and comfortable.
The location is terrific. It is inside the city wall and You can walk to anything.

This place is beyond charming. Amazing location. Lively breakfast. Ultra helpful and friendly staff. It was a little unnerving driving into the ZTL zone (and narrow!!) but we were assured that they send a picture of our plate in to the proper authorities and there would be no problem.

A lovely first night in Lucca with my partner. The staff are fabulous, and put up with my terrible Italian, even though they spoke perfect English! The location is good - right in the middle of the walled city. It's easy to get about on foot. The breakfast was lovely; cold cuts, pastries, coffee, eggs, all provided with nice conversation and a smile. Our room was I think their cheapest category, but it was fine. Very clean, and everything we needed - including a nice welcome bottle of water on a very hot day. Folks were very helpful, and they offered to let us store our luggage until we could check in to our longer stay apartment. I would recommend La Boheme to anyone; I think it might be especially well suited for young couples looking to explore Lucca. It's up a single flight of stairs, so be aware of that, but it's easy (lots of stairs in Lucca in general... this is easier than most).

We always stay here when suiting beautiful Lucca. This time we stayed for 4 nights over New Year. Beautiful room with all the facilities we required and very clean. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend if you are staying in Lucca.

This was our second is it to Lucca and the delightful B&B La Bohème. The location is perfect for all highlights you will want to visit. A short walk to the Cathedral, lovely restaurants, and fun walks on the ancient wall surrounding the historic town. There is a wonderful breakfast of fine pastries, fruits and eggs by request. The staff is friendly and makes every feel like a friend.
