Vraiment pas propre. Fuite salle de bain odeur d urine au niveau de la baignoire. Vraiment pas adapté pour une famille. Sol dans un état vraiment lamentable..

They do not clean your apartment during your stay. Nor provide clean towels everyday. Reception should be manned at all times.

We reserved this hotel through T-Mobile, our flight was delayed so we got to the hotel last 6pm (got here around 7pm). Per the sign, they supposedly sent an email with instructions but we only got the email from T-Mobile not from the hotel. The number posted on the wall is not even a working number. I even tried using the phone at the reception desk and it didn’t even go to a legit person or message.

This hotel/apartment was good booked two rooms one the air conditioning wasn't working right and they only cleaned one room the day before we booked out after 5days into our 7 day stay other room wasn't cleaned at all had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper bins were never emptied and they never check air conditioning even though it being reported give us a fan to use, rooms quite small glad I booked two rooms for 4 people as each room slept 4 and would be a tight squeeze for 4 adults. Having a pool was a great addition as it gave you a choice to relax by the pool some days but restaurant was closed and no were to get snack or a drink other then going to your room.

Situé a 900ml des sanctuaires, l endroit est calme ( située a côté d un cimetière). Les appartements sont vieillots, usés. Tout cela mériterait d être reconditionne. Accueil sympathique. Pas d isolation phonique, donc vaut mieux des voisins calmes.

Tout d'abord la seule chose que l'on peut retenir de positif est le personnel qui est souriant et agréable. Maintenant pour le reste rien ne va, chambre médiocre (sale, taches sur les murs, parquet de la salle de bain en très mauvais état , lavabo idem, baignoire abîmée, rideaux de chambre plein de poussière, les tapisseries des couloirs de l'hôtel ne sont pas digne de recevoir de la clientèle (une honte). Les photos du site sont trompeuses. Les personnel m'a dit que les travaux étaient en cours, maintenant ils avaient dit la même chose à des amis il y a plus un an. A voir, car pour l'instant c'est inacceptable et irrespectueux pour le client. Enfin ceci dit nous sommes à Lourdes, un miracle peut se produire.

Buena relación calidad precio. Buena ubicación cerca del centro, del santuario y del castillo. Personal atento y amable. Habitación limpia y con todos los servicios. Nada de ruido y muy tranquilo. Puntos negativos, el colchón del sofá cama, colchón nuevo, pero muy blando y envolvente y el bufett desayuno muy excaso y simple para ser 12,90€/persona.

La résidence Zenitude les jardins de Lourdes est simplement zen et cosy pour a 3 minutes pour la visite de la grotte, musée de cire et Notre-Dame de lourdes au passage nous avons découvert un bon restaurant africain Burkina Faso 🇧🇫 chez Yacou on y mangent bien bye bye Lourdes

Point positif : Très bon emplacement bon accueil , Négatif : par contre 6 € par jour pour garer sa voiture dans le parking je trouve cela excessif , grande vétusté des chambres voir les photos , la tapisserie des couloirs déchirés quand à la moquette a rafraîchi . Une chose très importante l'ascenseur extérieur pour les chaises roulantes ne fonctionne pas . Où est le gérant de cet établissement veut-il vraiment garder ses clients j'en doute.
