I enjoy a lot while stay at Spring hill suits, all staff are too good, service excellent , clean room clean hotel.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Found the two hotels under one roof and parking rather confusing. We would stay there again

The room had drip stains & splatters all over the walls…on pretty much every wall in the room & bathroom, including on the headboards & the bottoms of the headboards that show along the wall near the center bedside table. If your guests can clearly see the grime, housekeeping should at least spray & wipe it. Even the lampshades & stands had stains on them! The lounge chair in the room was absolutely disgusting…it had questionable stains & major wear & tear all over it - I had to cover it with a sheet just to utilize it & not feel like I was getting dirty. The chair should honestly be thrown out it was that bad! The carpet has also seen way better days; there were stains ALL over the place & didn’t look vacuumed when we arrived. There were leftover tiny black rubberbands all over the floor & under the beds. The tub drain was slow to drain & at times the toilet wouldn’t flush…this was with barely any TP in the toilet as well! 1 of the lightbulbs in the bathroom was burnt out when we arrived & the soap dish was all chipped. The tub had stains coming from the overflow drain that made it look dirty. Water pressure in the shower was poor. Just outside the entrance to the hotel there were people regularly asking for money or just pacing back & forth who looked drugged out; it didn’t always feel safe unless their security guard was present. All elevators in the hotel were very slow & the pool is way smaller than it looked in the pictures. Friendly staff but would not book again.

Let me start with the breakfast, my family and I wasn’t happy at all with their breakfast. Just scrambled eggs, bacon, & bread( couple options) they had cereals for kids. But it wasn’t giving at all. I am not if we stayed on a busy weekend but there was traffic to get into the elevator all the times. I wasn’t happy with that. The rooms were okay and cleanness was decent.

front desk was extremely rude and unresponsive to any and all of our concerns and issues. it took over 5 phone calls to have any one even pick up from reception. then when asked about getting more towels, a blanket and that our shower drain was backing up and making the bathroom floor wet we were met with zero help. not to mention the horrendous parking experience and the security guard being extremely rude and aggressive about a mistake they made.

You can tell that this property is a little dated. I thought the staff was exceptional and friendly. It's just that the hotel needs some updating. One annoying feature was that the bathroom fans NEVER turn off. They're on constantly-if you're sensitive to noise, you won't like this feature. I wasn't sure that I completely felt safe at night walking home from KICC. I should have chosen a property a bit closer to KICC.

Unfortunately it was one thing after another. First our room wasn't ready when we got there at least an hour after check in time. The staff did comp our parking and give us an upgrade. The layout of the room was a great disappointment. The bathroom doors, 1 to the toilet and another to the shower are at the foot of the bed. The doors are frosted and light up the whole room even when closed. Our shower was missing the floor seal so water leaked all over the floor every time you took a shower. The soultion was to use extra towels on the floor. The blower on the ac wouldn't turn off even when it was in the off position. Maintenance came out and didn't make sense to him either. Apparently the thermostat is touchy and both buttons need to be in the middle even when in the off position.

I was here for a conference. Very close to the Kentucky International Convention Center. Great breakfast and accommodations.

The room was nice and clean as should be. The location of this property is very convenient. The staff were very hospitable. Each one greated me in passing. I truly have nothing negative to say about my stay. I would like to give them a little advice. Ensure eveey site that promotes you informs of your deposit policy. I was caught off guard at check in that there was a $500 deposit because im.local. I simply wanted to surprise him, have a change of scenery for a nice quiet night to spice things up between us. Im unsure when the $500 will be depoaites back into my account. It would have been nice to know the deposit requirement prior to making the reservation. All in all the night was a success. Thank you.

Location is great for anything at the convention center!!! Parking is easy. Breakfast was so-so - not a ton of options and a lot of things were out, we didn't have a pillow for the pull-out sofa and the front desk informed us there wasn't a single extra pillow available in the hotel, and the elevators were extremely slow - long lines whenever we had to use them.

Bathroom wasnt completely remodeled... Only came with 2 bath towels, had to have more sent up. They arrived quickly. Would stay again.

Hotel was as expected. Staff were great. I was frustrated with the parking situation (no access to elevators and no disclosure of that fact), and staff found a solution for me.
