The only thing i didn't like was that i couldn't access any others floors other than mine or the lobby. I understand that was for security purposes, but we were there for a wedding and we were all put in different floors, which made it very difficult for pictures, or just errands for the bride and groom.

The hotel is new and well maintened, breakefast was included an reasonable, the isue with the hotel was that there were only two elevatores, a third was staff only and were not enought for the number of guests, it took 4 or 5 minuts to take the elevator and it was not posible to use the stairs because the took you to the back of the building, everything else was good.

Breakfast expensive if not included in your room.
No room services. Traffic in elevator is incredibly slow. The bear concrete style not my preference.
Hotel style look outdated.

We came here with my family and I must say it was a excellent experience. The only thing I would have to say is the exchange rate they have posted it’s advantageous to the hotel which is not a good business practice. Leaving the guest paying more than the nightly rate in pesos.

Excellent value and location for walkable dining and shopping. Rooms are clean and spacious. Loved the pool and swings. Having the DJ was a nice touch!

New, very clean and quiet hotel with great amenities: bar, pool, fitness room and more. The included breakfast buffet was extensive and the food was hot and good. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic and the closeness to restaurants, shops and Starbucks made it a perfect place to stay!
