The most amazing view! We saw whales every day. The view from Sirena Del Mar is absolutely stunning. The entire place is immaculate. Great place if you're not into a crowded party scene. Easy to find chairs at the pools, swim up bar in big pool. Great customer service from the staff. In particular Jorge, Antonio, Angel, and Miguel were amazing. They know how to make sure you have a great time

Love this resort. It is small and quiet— not for the party folks. Every day we saw whales and beautiful sunrises & sunsets. Great fitness center, no time share pressure—what’s not to like?

My husband and I spent 5 wonderful nights at Sirena del Mar. There is nothing not to love about it! The workout area is the best I've ever seen at a resort. I appreciated and enjoyed all of the activities they have to offer daily including yoga, pool aerobics, and even took a cooking class from the chef at the resort. Also, unlike most swimming pools in Mexico, both of them were heated!! Lastly, we appreciated having the kitchen. It was well equipped. Views spectacular, can see the Arches in the distance.

Prices have definately gone up and unfortunately the service has gone down. Over $80 US for 2 bowls of chicken soup
(Poor quality) and a couple of coke’s
House keeping only once a week
I want to feel special when I travel, this property did not achieve that

Third time at the same hotel. Service declined substantially, except for valet, especially Edgar (valet), cleaning is not the same, wi fi did not work at all. Frustrating!

Not many on site dining options and overpriced food is not the best quality and tast. you will need an uber to go to best local resstaurants. property itself sits on a cliff and views are amazing, Hayat recently tookover and in restoration process.

Woke up to a beautiful view of the ocean every morning . Room was spacious including a kitchen area with a fridge and cooker . Washing machine and dryer were also conveniently available in the room .
Nice little dining area next to the kitchen .
Staff were quick to meet all needs .
Sylvia at the front desk was very helpful for organizing the tours .
The pools were always at a comfortable temperature. The restaurant offered nice meals with folklore dancing one night and a fire dancing circus on another night .
The concierge texted me every night about next days activities offered at the hotel .

The bed was the worst ever. I was offered a foam pad to help improve the bed?? Thanks a lot.
Check your bill upon leaving, you will be charged for things you never heard of. I am going to dispute the bill.
It is a beautiful place, good pool and nice outdoor seating but it needs lots of work.
I would not go back.
