This resort and the customer service is the worst that I've ever been to. I have been to cancun and many other los cabos resorts but this place was the worst. First of all, check in took way long, wasting our time. What is the definition of all inclusive resort??? There is not enough restaurants to go to and the rooftop restaurant for lunch is not kid friendly. Its for lunch not even for dinner. Then the only choice we had was outside food truck for lunch. The cafes (coffee and gelatos are not included in the all inclusive) Toothbrush, toothpaste are not provided, you have to pay for them and they are $21 USD. They are just travelers kit kinda toothbrush. Our baby had a allergy reaction so we asked for medicine, of course they dont have it so we went down to market to purchase them, they are $70 USD for claritin!!!!!! are you kidding me? The restaurants have menu that are not inclusive and it is not written on the menu nor told and they would charge extra for it. Nothing to do there, spa is extra charge and masssage is $350 USD for 50 minutes.. do you think you guys are in beverly hills? We asked the concierge if there is anything special for our parents 70th birthday, any cake they can do with a candle after dinner but no answer so I asked again..... never got an answer.... What kind of customer service is this??? Will never and ever go anywhere that is affiliated with your company ad will never recommend to our friends.
