Floor smells not good.

The Extended Stay America Select was an awesome hotel. The front desk was very polite and helpful. A very nice room with complete kitchen add on. All in all a great experience.

We stayed at The Extended Stay between early flight and cruise. It was conveniently located to get the supplies we forgot/couldn’t get through customs. The local restaurant were amazing and the staff was eager to make sure we found our way to good food (especially the Hawaiian restaurant).

The front desk person at check-in didn't put much effort to find me an upgraded bed. There were roaches in the room.

Location is nice, easy access from freeway, next to ranch 99 super market in case you need something. Guess this is where the star comes from. Room is clean but old, den on the floor. The terrible thing is it does not provide shampoo or conditioner, only thing is a soap. And no hair dryer, I requested but they don't have one until next morning after 11am...

Toilet was dirty, woman’s tampons in the bathroom, small cockroaches everywhere, place was dirty. Worst experience ever. I needed to stay in LA for 4 more nights and decided to find another hotel.

Lights by bed were not working One of the burners on the stove did not work and they said they would repair it but never did

Staff was arguing with a person attempting to check in without ID and making small comments towards me in regards to the situation.

Nice location but if your looking for a hot breakfast this is not the hotel.

It was terribly in every way. I requested a late check out and the staff kept knocking on the door. They do not have do not disturb signs and the staff member markass was so very rude.

I stayed 2 days but the didn’t clean my room. I came like 4:00 PM and my bed was undone, in a few words they didn’t clean my room and the worst thing they have cockroaches!!!!! I will never stay there again!!!

This facility was clean, secure, and quiet. The room and all the accessories worked perfectly.

Clerks were all nice and helpful. For the price the place was good.

Nice hotel; FD staff Marcus very kind and gentle person. I suggest a night time security!
