The property was great, the apartment was bigger than I expected, I will stay here again. But warning if you don't like city noise and sirens going by you might not want to stay in this area.

The apartment was very fresh, clean and spacious. It felt brand new as if I was the first guest. And the location is perfect, at a walking distance to all one possibility needs.

Sonder is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean, with a large kitchen including a fridge and stove, dining area and full queen bed and bathroom. The lighting and heat was adjustable which was perfect to accommodate the differing needs of our guests. We had the loveliest front desk staff. They were so kind and helpful with providing directions, logging on to the wifi, and helping us navigate the hotel where needed. When staying at the Sonder, I highly recommend downloading the app. You can easily connect to the hotel’s wifi, access the chat to ask any questions you may have (we had a lot) or make requests (like a microwave), and use the app to unlock your hotel room door. The app is an incredible touch. A few hiccups or areas of improvement included: A temporary breakdown of one of the hotel elevators — Although this did not negatively impact our stay and Sonder staff informed us of the breakdown immediately via email and while the elevators were fixed either later that day or the morning of the next day, it would have been helpful to receive an email notifying us that the elevator had been fixed. Damages to luggage lockers — Some of the locker doors were off their hinges. Lukewarm shower water — Hotter temperatures for the shower water would have made our shower experience top tier. In all, Sonder - The Winfield is great. I recommend that you stay here if you have the chance!

The staff on the door were friendly, and this review is by no means any detriment to staff. The bed sheets consist of many hairs, I had taken photographs for proof. There were no clear instructions on how to use appliances. The neighborhood was extremely noisy, and with the situation of the windows to street, no private. I left something valuable to in the room, and Sonder made it impossible for me to get through the main desk to discuss and retrieve. They still haven’t. The hotel informed me that the valuable was no longer in the room. This was deeply upsetting.

We had a great stay. Room was much bigger than expected and having a full kitchen and washer and dryer were a big plus. Staff was very helpful.

Fantastic offering. Clean, spacious with good TV and coffee machine and a kitchenette. Everything you need without unnecessary faff. Highly recommended

The building and room are really nicely done and well appointed. Very friendly front desk. Sadly the noise level is off the charts. We were on the third floor facing 7th. Absolutely no sleep - the earplugs and white noise machine they provide should have clued us in.
