進酒店台階太多，對行李不友好。而且大堂有一股咖喱味，房間特別小，乾淨整潔，但是黑乎乎的。衞生間還不錯，感覺有地暖，但是夏天，開什麼地暖。迷你吧很好，飲料很多，每天會補。可樂，橙汁牛奶都有。更建議一路之隔的cheval公寓。性價比更高，至少光線很開闊。

We stayed for just one night and experienced great customer service including a room upgrade and complimentary champagne. Stylish room and bathroom, everything very well appointed and comfortable. In the morning we chose to have breakfast at a local café, of which there are several, but this was a mistake as the quality just wasn’t good and the prices were the same as at The Ampersand. Great location for the museums, French Consulate and à just a few paces from South Kensington tube station.

We only stayed for one night. We had a lovely room on the second floor and everything that we’d expect from a good hotel.
Breakfast was excellent with a continental buffet and cooked to order choice. It was quite expensive though and would have been nice to be included in the room rate.
Our only criticism would be the bar / restaurant area which was in the basement. It catered for everyone including children, we would of liked an adult only area to relax in and enjoy a afternoon / evening drink.

This is not the first time we stay in this hotel and the staff is always helpful. We had a small problem with one of the windows and it was immediately fixed.

The hotel staff was warm and welcoming. The hotel is in a great area and is very conveniently located near the South Kensington station. The area is safe and walkable and is near museums and shopping. The hotel itself was charming, clean, and comfortable with great amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

Poor service. ******* VIP Gold was questioned and not recognised or honoured. Late check-out refused.

Wonderful hotel , in perfect location . Tube station virtually across the steeet. Plenty of dining options nearby and staff super friendly and helpful. Will def return !
