Had a lovely stay we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite for free which was amazing great location & free off street parking at weekends, great history about the hotel breakfast was disappointing as only continental was offered, was looking forward to a cooked full English, breakfast is normally charged at £15 per person which is not worth the money. I would rather find somewhere local & have breakfast there. The hotel did also look a little tired in places which was a shame considering where it’s located.

Very rude very racial mynroom smelt of sewage and them got told o couldn't eat due to private party (family) iv payed i want my service 😒

Booked to stay at the hotel for a couple of nights with breakfast. The location is superb and is minutes from the tube. The area is lovely with restaurants and cafes within 5 minutes walk. We had a meal at Da Daniela which was lovely Italian and an Indian at chokra which was also spot on. Both minutes away from the hotel The hotel was very reasonable price wise for the area The reviews were not great when my wife started looking after we had booked and so we had a little apprehension of the stay however the hotel wasn’t as bad as these suggested. I have to agree that the hotel was tired looking in places and our room was in need of some tlc but it was perfectly okay for the stay and I would consider staying there again in spite of this Only gripes from me really was that out TV didn’t work (although Netflix did so okay if you have a Netflix account ) and the breakfast was a continental and not a hot breakfast as it seemed to auggest when initially booking You can buy hot breakfasts to order but if you select breakfast when booking then you only get continental. The selection was pretty basic but it was okay generally - toast, yogurt, fruit; cereal and some cold meats / cheese etc with bread. Also some pastries and small muffins so I was pretty full once I had finished The staff at the hotel were friendly and polite and allowed us to keep our bags there having arrived before check in which was useful for us. If you want a grand 4* hotel then this hotel isn’t that (it may have been back in its day) but for the price we paid and the location I think it was good. It is in the city of Westminster area and hotels would be much more I suspect if you looked around so you have to be realistic with expectations. For information We paid around £200 for two nights with breakfast.

The room was spacious. The stairs to get to the 4th floor were a killer! The lift only goes to floor 2 but we only used it once as that was an experience in its self! The breakfast was awful and didn’t eat breakfast for the 2 days we were there (not worth adding breakfast on)

Good location and nice price with wonderful dinning area and good breakfast.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The hotel itself is outdated, and the elevator was extremely old-fashioned and often unreliable. We booked two rooms but received one very small room and one larger room. Neither room had a phone to contact the reception, and we were left to sleep with an open window on the first night. This issue was only resolved after a firm conversation with the reception staff. The safe in the room did not work, and despite my complaints from day one, nothing was done to fix it. Breakfast consisted of bread with cold cuts and nothing more. It was passable but not impressive. I would advise you to look for another hotel.

The location is hard to beat, but hotel itself is on it's last legs. The interior is dated and worn out, there is no lift to the upper floors, and my personal highight was finding a dead pigoen hanging in the anti bird netting straight outside my bedroom window.

I’ll be honest I was severely disappointed with this hotel. The room I was given is not pictured, nor was it mentioned i would be staying in the basement. With that came many issues, 1) noises everywhere 2) wifi never worked and when it did, it was very slow and hard to connect 3) absolutely 0 signal the entire time, so if you wanted to text, make a phone call, receive a phone call, your best bet is to leave the hotel. The room was outdated, TV from mid 2000s with an incredibly loud AC which is needed due to it being very hot in the basement. Quilt cover came off easily to show a stained quilt, the toilet is old and didn’t flush well. Breakfast was incredibly average but the staff were nice enough. Room claims to have a minibar but it’s just an empty fridge. There are books with pictures of nice hotels though, so you can imagine what it would be like to stay in another hotel, rather than this one. Would be better for 2 people than 1, as you’ll at least have someone to talk too.

This hotel has REALLY BAD REVIEWS !!! I booked this hotel by accident before reading their reviews. Greatest Regret of my life !!! Hotel is infested with bed bugs & I requested for a refund way before my check in date. This is a dodgy black hotel. I did not attend to this booking & forgo my full payment. They are not even remorseful and they don’t entertain hotel guests even when we have valid reasons. Seemed like they already know about the massive bed bugs complains and still playing dumb to it. DON’T EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL !!!

Not a 4 star hotel. Think before booking the room here. The room will not be the same as it shown on photos!!! So I arrived before check in time but they kindly provided me with the room as it was available. The room was awful, downstairs very old and there was no window to get some fresh air. The future was old and dusty. Finally I managed to get another room the next day, it was better but still the furniture is dated and it wasn’t a good stay at all.
