We very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel was well situated in high end Marylebone area with cute restaurants and shops, 6 minute walk to bond station or Oxford street. The breakfast was great, lovely room, very nice gym. The bathroom was tiny as was the shower so a bit of manoeuvring, and definitely not enough room for two people in the space at the same time.

Absolutely great customer service by Honor. We were up super early to head to Paris & wanted/needed coffee but the cafe was still closed. Honor saw the desperation & went above & beyond by offering to make us lattes!! It was not expected but definitely appreciated!! Thank you so much Honor!!!

This hotel is extremely comfortable, clean and close to all amenities. I would like to say that the staff go above and beyond to be helpful. The gentleman at reception, called Mazhar, was warm and welcoming. He helped me with road maps, getting a taxi etc.. I offered him a tip in gratitude but he politely refused, saying that it was all part of the service. Thank you from an exhausted traveller.

Thank you Daniel/Anna and the rest of the staff. Such a helpful bunch, they are very accommodating and friendly. Very clean and definitely value for money. I would always choose this hotel when in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at the Marylebone Inn on 23th August. Daniel and his staff were so attentive and nothing was too much trouble, plus my room was upgraded to a huge luxurious pad which was amazing. Would highly recommend

I was on my own with a little dog and had room **. The check in and staff, the room and the location were all excellent thank you very much. I have suggested it to my friends who live locally for when they don’t want to put family up. I hope to return. I live in London but needed somewhere for Marylebone Town Hall for a wedding for 2 nights. I can recommend. Bang on price for the area and level. Quality fixtures and fittings. Very clean.

Pleasant chatty host, a nice welcome Room was surprisingly big, and very quiet all through the night. We were on the top floor, lots of stairs and no lift but not an issue for us Very clean It was very hot (in general) and only looked in the wardrobe in the morning to find the fan 🤦🏽‍♀️ Really nothing to complain about

Great little hotel when attending BST Hyde Park, would highly recommend. Lovely clean room with little kitchenette with fridge and microwave if needed. Handy for many attractions and only 20 minute walk from Hyde Park so avoided all queues for tube.

Booked this hotel in October 22 for a stay in July 23. The hotel abruptly cancelled our stay 4 days before we were due to arrive, notifying us by email. In the emails they blamed 'a flood in the bathroom' its surely a coincidence that 2 Bruce Springstein gigs, a Billy Joel concert and Wimbledon were all going on at that time isnt it? Calls by myself to clarify this went unanswered, we were not offered any substitute accommodation or even a meaningful apology. Why cancel my room that had been booked for 9 months and not a more recent booking if the circumstances were genuine? I'm convinced they cancelled us because they could then charge much more for the room.....of course I have no proof of this. Anyway judging by some of the other reviews I've probably dodged a bullet.

We arrived early, and the lovely lady who met us was able to get us all checked in to give us our room which was amazing. Absolutely spotlessly clean, large room, comfy bed and large private shower. 3 minute walk to Baker Street tube station and lots of lovely bars and places to eat nearby. Fantastic stay we will not stay anywhere else in London now we have found this little gem. Thank you

Several issues prevent me from giving a higher review! Firstly we were locked out of our accomodation late at night as the key card did not work. Next the night manager was non contactable and proceeded to be incredibly rude. Thirdly the hotel was chaotically loud and to top, the room was dirty! Hair in the sink, hair in the bed, floor was dirty!

My daughter and I stayed here for 3 days while touring London. It’s a great location being only one block from the Baker Street tube. Lots of restaurants nearby too. Danny, the owner was very nice as well. He gave us his phone charger to borrow during our stay when he didn’t think our adapter was good and he walked us to his favorite pub, stopping to show my daughter where she could get 1/2 price sushi at 7pm every day. Haha! Our room was clean and just what we needed. I’d definitely stay here again in the future.

I do not recommend this Inn. I had a terrible experience with the property manager. I lost my key and he was not responding when trying to reach him. The property manager was not responding to emails or phone calls. He also asked that the payment be in cash which means he is a bit shady. The Inn was not clean and the rooms have cheap basic furniture. No elevator. Bare bones with a shady property manager. Go elsewhere.

The hotel room we had was nice, unfortunately that’s the only compliment I can give. Our experience at this establishment quickly soured as we were treated very terribly by a member of staff who claimed he was a manager, using the name“ Kristophe”. At check in, he made an off comment which struck us as weird but we didn’t think too much of it at the time. However, as three adults we never expected to be told not to jump on the floors or the bed – and although I had my son with me, the comment was targeted towards us rather than a friendly request to ensure the safety of my child. Furthermore we booked the bottom floor due to the fact I had my child with me, to ensure that any heavy steps wouldn’t bother anyone below us. What we thought was just a weird comment became something more. The morning after, at 8.45am, we were startled when we heard loud banging on the door. I asked him for a few seconds as I put my hijab on, acknowledging his presence, and yet he continued to bang at the door very loudly. My younger sister opened the door, and he began shouting in her face. His demeanour was threatening and she felt immensely intimidated by this grown man screaming at her for being ‘too loud’ as other residents were sleeping (if anything, his tirade would have woken the other residents) – if he had any common decency he would have asked if there was an issue, kindly brought up the issue of noise and we would have apologised and explained that my son had fallen and bumped into the door. It didn’t stop there, he had the nerve to continue to talk down and belittle my younger sister, repeatedly telling her that check out was at 10am. I was utterly in shock by this exchange and the lack of security in our room. So, I rang down and asked for his name in order to put in an official complaint. He questioned why we wanted his name, refused to give his name and eventually claimed to be the ‘manager’ called ‘Kristophe’. He stated that even if we sent an email of complaint it would ‘come straight to me as i’m the manager’ in attempts to prevent us from emailing a complain, very unprofessional for a “manager” These were blatantly tactics to minimise potential backlash – even with the off chance that he is a manager, the manner of conduct of how he dealt with a potential complaint is heinous. We left straight away as we did not feel safe in such an aggressive, negative environment. Still, that was not enough. ‘Manager Kristophe’ decided to stick a paper on the door saying ‘manager’ – either to cover for his lies, as it was not there originally, or as a sick taunt. When we left to check out he did not come out the room and I had to shout and say “hello we want to check out” he then shouted out leave the card on the counter. Shocking we paid £200+ for one night and to be treated like that. I'm unsure if it was because of our race, or the fact we had a child, but his hostility was apparent towards us and I cannot help but to believe it was a mixture of both. The
