We were only there 1 night as part of anniversary celebrations, but we were treated like old friends! All the staff excellent. Connor even carried our bags upstairs! My wife appreciated the Booja Booja chocolate gift to wish us a happy anniversary. We also got a free cocktail. A nice touch. Room wasn't huge, but that's not a big problem. Bed was very comfy! Bathroom maybe could have done with somewhere to put a washbag - a minor issue. We loved the art work everywhere. All in all, my wife described it as the poshest hotel she ever stayed in - pretty impressive considering I chose it for the location and value. Thoroughly recommended.

The hotel rooms, the lounge on the first floor, and the bar all featured very stylish interiors and lots of art to enjoy. Incredible hotel! The amenities were from Penhaligon’s, a brand used by the British royal family, showing great attention to guest care. The staff were all courteous, the bar staff were friendly, and from Wednesday to Saturday, there was a DJ in the lounge. The basement had a space for live performances, making it a perfect design for a sophisticated date. The bartenders accommodated all my requests for cocktails, providing excellent service. The room was very clean and tastefully decorated. It's a stylish hotel with outstanding charisma that makes your heart skip a beat. I will stay here again the next time I come to London.

Fab place to stay, unique in its own right. Lovely people and very helpful. Very clean, tidy and well furnished, absolutely loved it. Easy to get anywhere and we had a view of Hyde park, what’s not to love. I would definitely recommend a stay here, thanks again to everyone.

Excellent hotel with incredible decor. Staff went out of their way to make the stay wonderful. Quite expensive given you could barely walk around the bed properly as the room was so small but that's London for you - you are able to store luggage under the bed thankfully!

This is a boutique hotel with delightful interior design complete with stuffed giraffes and bears that brings a smile to your face. The rooms are on the small side and only some have air-conditioning. The bar is funky and lively with great cocktails. The outstanding factor is the service from an exceptional staff for whom nothing is too much trouble.

Excellent Boutique hotel. The décor is very unique and the staff were nothing short of excellent during our stay! Great toiletries too, Wow Penhaligon's "Blenheim Bouquet" in the bathrooms :) Nice touch ! Perfectly located too, Hyde park / Royal Albert Hall, Harrods and the Natural history museum within walking distance, it's perfectly located. We loved our stay

The Hux Hotel was a stylishly quirky hotel in a perfect location overlooking Kensington Gardens. Several tube stops are nearby with buses stopping right outside the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating and the rooms were well-appointed and very comfortable. I look forward to returning on my next trip to London!

The location is excellent, staff very friendly & couldn’t do enough to make our stay memorable. The room was very comfortable, everything you would need to get a good nights sleep. We enjoyed our cocktails & the taxidermy, if you want a unique place to stay this is it. We loved it & will definitely be back to stay longer next time.

Excellent little gem of a hotel. The decor is obviously very unique and the staff has been nothing short of excellent during my stay! With Hyde park / Royal Albert Hall and the Natural history museum within walking distance, it's perfectly located.
