很古老的酒店，有維多利亞時代的氛圍。地理位置好，服務也還行。但房間實在小，跟香港的酒店差不多。

The Chesterfield is in a nice and quiet part of Mayfair. Very easy to get around everywhere. The staff and service were impeccable. It is a more historic hotel so the rooms are a bit dated but the bathroom was fantastic. I had a large tub and even heated floors. A few small complaints, the 2nd lift was broken during my stay so the wait time when it was busy was quite long. However it was being repaired when I departed. Also my room had an intermittent noise which I wasn’t sure what it was but sounded like maybe the furnace reverberating in the stairwell as I was at the end of the corridor. As a result, I did have to sleep with earplugs but still slept ok. My friend had a room more in the center of the corridor and did not experience the same noise. Please note - the bar is closed for refurbishment but the library was a lovely area to get drinks or a snack.

The staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The decor is attractive, original and slightly quirky. The location is in a good neighborhood, walkable. I hope to stay there again.

The property is excellently located. However, the rooms could use an upgrade, especially the beds and rugs.

We just had the most wonderful 9 days here. I had emailed multiple times before our trip and every person who contacted me was so friendly and helpful. Once we got there it was so easy for us to get help with taxis and anything we needed. The bar area is so quaint and the drinks are excellent with great service. We were there every evening and morning. By the end they knew our orders when we walked in! I highly recommend staying here if you want to be in the Mayfair area which was one of my favorite locations also. We really enjoyed the little chocolates or other surprise snacks at turn down every night :)

The staff was amazing at this hotel, especially loved the gentlemen who greeted us at the door! Hotel was lovely and convenient to walk to public transportation, shopping, and restaurants.

The hotel was excellent. Historic, traditional yet somewhat modern. My wife and I are particular and well travelled and would consider staying at TCM again. The staff was top drawer, the hotel was clean and the breakfast was outstanding. We visited at Chris**as so the property was as tastefully decorated and festive. The neighborhood is unbeatable. We highly recommend staying there.
