We were also bit disappointed to learn about your discomfort due to the flies in the room and lack of air-condition, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. Being a listed building, we were not permitted to install air conditioning in all the rooms, however you comments about the air-con and fly net will be considered for future improvements.
