Excellent location next to Towerhill underground station. A short walk to the Tower of London and surrounding attractions. The buffet breakdast is really good in terms of choices and quality of food. The gym is well-equipped, and the indoor swimming is big. It's a pity we didn't have time to enjoy those facilities. We like the room's windows that can be opened. We let in fresh cold air at night and were able to sleep really well.

Nice location. Spacious room (eventhough it was accessed by a separate external door around the back of the hotel main entrance). Pool and related facilities were the main highlights.

Very nice and cosy place for a family trip. The service was quite good. Little more can be done in bathroom maintenance, the glass panel along the bathtub seems very flimsy really need some maintenance.

Most of the rooms are old, the huge fresh air sound, the front desk service attitude is very poor, deliberately pretending not to understand my speech, because of the room problem I want to check out, directly push the room card back to me.

Conveniently located near Tower Hill underground, this old but well- maintained hotel is good to stay for a few nights.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was not up to par. The hotel is showing its age, with a rusty bathtub, slow-to-cool shower, and stains in the toilet, which impacted my comfort during the stay.
The only saving grace was its convenient location near the train station, which was a helpful feature for travel.
Overall, the issues with cleanliness and amenities made for a less-than-ideal experience. I hope the management addresses these concerns to enhance the stay for future guests.

I booked a superior room and was disappointed that I did not have a view as the picture you send me of my room had a view and I thought this was the room I was booked into.
As a disabled person who is claustrophobic I found the shower room challenging. I also did not understand why the beds were so close together as there was plenty room in the room to have a space between them in order that you could get in and out with ease.
I only used the restaurant once for breakfast and was not satisfied with the welcome or attitude of the person who seated me. I was not welcomed with a good morning. I was not asked if I had eaten there before and was simply told it is self service and although it is obvious that I have a walking disability I was not offered any help. She was not a fat lady but was stouter than the other staff and had long black hair. I could not see her badge clearly but I think her name was something like Luba. There was a good choice of food but plenty other places round about who are much cheaper..
