民居改的酒店、有意思的體驗。 漂亮的臨街窗、觀賞安靜的小街景觀。 有品位的設施、房間挺大。 辦理入住的前台服務很好。 小小的大堂設計精緻。推薦入住體驗。

酒店非常具有歷史感，整體的裝修也非常不錯，但是房間沒有任何熱水或者咖啡機，非常不方便，前台的行李員非常熱情，但是辦理入住的一位先生非常令人失望
酒店屬於高端酒店，地理位置很好，酒店裡有著名的酒吧和餐廳
房間打掃也非常的不到位，不是沒有放廁所紙，就是忘記淋浴的底墊，總而言之感覺管理不善

It’s a nice hotel, small in comparison to its competitors but convenient. Something about it is a little eerie, but the staff were kind and the check in was quick and smooth.

The property is in a great location! The heart of Mayfair and surrounding landmarks. The staff were very friendly, the only problem I had was the comfort of the room. It was December and the room was very stuffy and warm. The windows were locked shut and no fresh air could circulate. It was difficult to get good sleep due to the warmth of the room even when it was turned to full cool and high fan. It felt like a central temp for entire building?

This hotel was the cherry on top of a perfect trip to London. The staff was very professional and accommodating. The room was comfortable, super clean, and sleek. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Honestly I can’t capture how perfect this hotel was

We stayed here for 5 nights and loved it. The hotel is in an incredible location, a short walk to Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park and shopping in Mayfair. The rooms appear to be recently renovated and are just lovely - the bathrooms are a bit dated, it would be good to see them modernised. All of the staff are fantastic, this was some of the best service we have ever experienced in all of our travelling. Super accommodating, will even help you make reservations and purchase tickets to events. We were on our honeymoon and they placed a delightful gift of balloons and chocolates in our room, along with a handwritten card from the team. The attention to detail is exceptional.
The Breakfast is excellent, and we loved that we could order it to the room for no extra charge. We also ordered from the restaurant for lunch, and that food was excellent as well. A minor negative is that the coffee is terrible, the pod machine in the room is better - but there is a great Italian style coffee place right next door.
Overall, we will definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Athenaeum.

I stayed here in March and was really excited to stay here again. Checking in was nice and the room was very comfortable. The real issue is that the ceiling leaked water overnight and saturated the carpet and some of our bags. My husband and I spent the morning drying our clothes with the hair dryer, and when we informed management when we checked out. They told us the leak was unfortunate, but didn't really seem to care, and then asked if we wanted to include an additional £15 to with our bill as a tip. So if you're staying in room 201, the ceiling might be leaking. I've stayed in hostels more accommodating than this. Definitely won't be staying here again.

Really lovely stay. Spa was great, quiet, rooms good. I would say I booked a deluxe room and it seemed to look the same as the cheaper alternative? The only difference says it has a king bed and different pillows and a few sq meters more in the room? Stay helpful. Room service never came and they didn’t seem to care or really explain why or apologies, more of a brush off?

Room was a dungeon, tiny, with no way to get natural light in. They tried to stick 5% extra fee for fun on bill at end unannounced.
