We stayed in a triple room which comes with a mini bar, an electric stove and a microwave. Walking distance to the shops and stores, easy access to both tube and train lines at Hammersmith station.

Don't be tricked by pretty pictures - that's a very basic hotel. Location was very convinient though (besides metro, busses, shop street).

Great stay, during the Christmas period. Short term booking notice was very convenient for me, easy check in and very comfortable suite. Felt like a home away from him. Pros: - Polite and happy to help staff - Right in the middle of Hammersmith, 5 minute walk from the station or the high street with shopping malls and a variety of shops - Nice, gated rock table garden with ashtrays out the front - Executive studio had a nice large modern room, bathroom, kitchen with flat screen and private veranda with table and ashtray - Left to your own devices to self cater which I enjoyed, housekeeping still asked to clean the room during my stay which is nice - Cooker/microwave, separate microwave, kettle, hidden mid sized fridge, fan, good heating, nice artwork, - Very comfy pillows and duvet, plenty of clean towels - Great mattresses for a perfect sleep - Large mirror and full sized desk in the room - Nice lighting and very atmospheric - Separate entrance to main hotel - Pots, frying pan, cutlery, wine glasses and mug was provided which was convenient - Managed to cook multiple elements of a dish with no smoke alarm triggers or problems - French doors onto the private dug out veranda was a very nice feature - It's only £10 per hour to extend check-out which I added an extra hour on so I have more time to leave with no complaints from the manager - Cost was very reasonable for the holiday season, made a great short 3 day stay very easy to book short notice Cons: - Not much to the hotel, 5 metre wide reception area by front door which is awkward - My suite was located downstairs, where there were also other guest rooms however the hallway looked like the cleaners storeroom and unkept. - Noise from hallway, slamming doors by other guests or housekeepers can be heard which would shake the TV - 5hr wait for a remote control for the TV - No toilet roll - Advertised a king sized bed, but it was two singles locked together - Other guests window located on large veranda, which didn't have cover from the rain. If the guests next door open the curtains you see the entire room vice versa which was the case - TV is on the wall with a extendable clamp, but it was unsturdy and unlevel. If you tried to balance it screws fell out of the clamp with plaster dust which I had to screw back in after trying to turn the screen on. I really enjoyed my stay with the hotel; which turned out to be more of a self catering, collection of mini apartments which suited me well. It was lovely to not have to leave the hotel for fresh air and to have to private outside area to the suite was a great touch for central London. Odd bits and bobs that could be fixed or more well presented, but that didn't bother my stay. I would 100% recommended the hotel and would stay again. Just be aware of the noise from the hallways entering the room, it's wasn't excessive but definitely noticeable.

Really disappointing experience. Booked for NYE as decent transport links to Central London. Was able to park on the road as it’s free on the weekends. Hotel check in entailed going into a small smelly room, handing over photo ID and filling in forms. Entrance to room was back outside into a unsecured block which has a broken lock so the stairs and hallways were all accessible to anyone from the street - all the way up to our room door. Whilst the room was spacious and had ‘amenities’ I wouldn’t dare using them due to the cleanliness of anything. Fridge smelt and there was rubbish already in the bin. Whilst there was a TV there was no TV remote and whilst there was a ironing board there was no iron. Wallpaper peeling from the walls and general dirt build up which was easy to spot on the walls, cupboards and plug sockets. The bed was comfy enough, although two singles pushed together to make a double which isn’t ideal but not uncommon to find. However the goal of sleeping in this bed was regularly interrupted. The horrible, panic inducing fire alarm went off not once but twice. The first incident was the worst with the alarm enduring for 2+ minutes at 5am. I went to reception to see what the matter was and was rudely dismissed. The walls are paper thin and it’s easy to hear people in the adjacent rooms. One such guest found it necessary to have a horrible alarm which they must have kept hitting snooze on for, at regular intervals, for the better half of 2 hours, so that was a regular interruption - and I wouldn’t consider myself a light sleeper. On checkout I handed back the keycard to the gentleman without so much as a polite query into our stay. Just rude and blunt. Cheers. High discourage staying here, I would have slept better and more securely in my car.

Ideal place for a couple of days visiting London city center.

Better than expected. Good price. Good internet connection. Properly cleaned but I have a very dirty fan in the room. All other it’s fine.

The location is great for shows at the Apollo, the staff was nice, and the hotel was clean and quiet. The down side is that the shower temperature was very hot and would not go down, the shower also didn't drain and the window didn't close. The place could really use some TLC! For a single night that we needed to see a show and go back home, it was okay, though. Wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay.

Very good value for the area. The room had lots of areas that needed repairs- water leaks on ceiling, curtain rail falling down, exposed rough plaster. But it was fine otherwise- large with nice bathroom and comfy beds

凌晨入住帶着小朋友，簡直把我們嚇死了 一到酒店店員就帶我們到後面街後幾座的房子，然後我們三個行李箱要爬樓上3樓。沒有電梯。 搬了三層樓後打開門，圖文不符到恐怖！tang的所謂Studio那張相跟酒店是完全不同，一打開門一陣濃厚臭味，進入洗手間，馬桶都沒有清理好（有屎）！ 浴缸沒有清理！ 各樣破爛，我跟店員理論，我訂的酒店每一晚八百多至一千多，連續幾天。 他們的房間200都不值！ 「沒有空調、先別說毛巾不乾淨、爬樓梯、床單有毛髮、廁所沒有清潔……」 圖文不符到這個地步！擺明就是騙局！ 他們不肯讓步，也不讓我們換房間。 廁所嗅到不能用，鐵着頭皮等了五個小時到天亮再跟他們爭論！ 經過攜程協助後，他們的客服真的很好，最後酒店願意退回兩晚的房間費用。 攜程再退回第一晚的費用。 幸好有攜程客服這個遭遇，真的是恐怖。建議攜程不要代理他們的酒店簡直是一個坑！

人生住過最差的酒店 check in第一間房間廁所到處都是污糟 刷牙杯上還有別人用過的牙膏污漬 房間裡有飛蛾到處飛 枕頭上是別人的頭髮 要求換房之後是更差的房間 前台人員明知道房間電視收訊差還把房間給我們 連續入住5天沒有看過電視 沖涼間的下水口被無數頭髮塞滿 要用5分鐘完成沖涼 不然水會直接流出房間 投訴過後 職員答應維修 但是從來沒有修好過 來敲完門就直接走了 再跟前台反應 前台表示 是我的錯因為我沒開門給他進來 你旅行會24小時待在房間嗎！？等人來修廁所嗎！？ 從第二天晚上開始沖涼沖到一半直接變冷水 5度的天氣沖冷水！ 房間清潔每天清完比沒清潔還髒 從第一天晚上開始詢問洗衣服務 第一天晚上前台表示白天再來詢問清潔人員 第二天另一個前台職員帶我們到洗衣房表示可以自行使用洗衣乾衣機 第二天晚上把衣服放進洗衣機 完成洗衣程序準備進行乾衣 第一晚的前台人員前來阻攔 表示禁止使用乾衣機 因為已經超過11點會吵到別的住客 ok 抱著2kg全濕滴水的衣服回到自己房間 第三天早上去乾衣 乾衣機正在使用 回房間繼續把濕衣服堆放 第三天晚上去乾衣 職員再度阻撓 表示晚上不准使用洗衣房 當時是晚上9點半 你去旅行天天在酒店等著輪流使用洗衣機嗎！？ 職員用中學校長的訓示口吻責罵我們 表示如果堅持使用將會收費10英鎊一次 憤然離去 總結 入住5天 沒看過電視 連續多晚洗冷水澡 清潔服務差 別相信洗衣服務 最後 前台服務人員態度惡劣 強權控制住客 推卸責任 請自行斟酌入住
