the room was clean and location is really close to King’s cross underground station.

I was allocated to a room without windows, however it was a great experience for a business stay. The ground floor Cafe is an extra where you can work and relax in the same place. The atmosphere is really excellent!!! I will recommend it to my colleagues and friends.

I stayed there for 5 nights. I was not very pleased as they gave me the “disabled/accessible” room despite being a solo traveller. The toilet and all it’s facilities were meant for the disabled/wheelchair bound. When I approached the receptionist asking for a change in rooms, she said she could not assist me because they were fully booked. However, I did not find that acceptable given that the booking and full payment was made months ago. No effort was made to ensure that there was a vacant room I could switch to during my 5 nights there. Room service is only done if you request for it. The dinner options downstairs is very limited as well. It is fairly near King’s cross station and I would only recommend due to the location. Service needs to improve.

Great Hotel in King across Station. Hotel staff are very helpful and I highly recommend this for short stays. Breakfast was good value for the price and all day and night coffee was also a good option via the downstairs bar. Many great value restaurants in the area including an Asian Noodles place, Kebab house and a variety of pubs. Only thing I didn’t like was the way in which you need to turn the lights on via the bed head as not really convenient.

酒店靠近火車站，裝修可以，衞生也行，就是房間太小，價格偏高。提前到酒店，有房間也不給入住，交了10英鎊才給提前辦入住手續。性價比不高。

ユーロスターでパリへ移動する為に宿泊しました。駅から非常に近く、便利で部屋も広く清潔でおしゃれでした。一階にマシンがあり、フラットホワイト、カプチーノ等、コーヒーが24時間飲み放題でした。部屋に持って行くこともできました。ロンドンを訪れる際はまた宿泊しようと思います。

位置超級好，離火車站非常近非常方便。房間不算大，但乾淨夠用。周邊很多店鋪，很方便。樓下就有24小時餐廳。

위치 청결 훌륭하나, 생각보다 방이 많이 좁다. 호텔 넓은 데 찾으시는분들은 여기 비추이니 다른곳으로 더 알아보시길.

很小，窗户打不開

What was good Helpful and friendly staff, excellent location, comfortable room, buffet breakfast had a wide variety from which to make a choice, hot drinks were available 24hr in the lounge and the hotel had a good buzz about it. Staff on duty tried their best to mitigate the situation of the absence of keycards for rooms and we were given some sweet treats, prosecco, chocolates and a thoughtful card from a member of staff called Rita. What could be better During the entire time of my stay at the hub Kings Cross there was a problem with the system that provides the keycards for our room, which meant every time we left our room we had to be escorted back up to it by a member of staff. These staff members were very polite and professional but this problem resulted in a lot of waiting around and stopped making as much of the facilities as we could have. I think that you could have brought more staff in to assist in getting customers to their rooms as at times there were a couple of staff on the reception desk.

The bare minimum to say, and I think that this is important, is everyone was exactly as depcited during my booking. However, the staff really exceeding my expectations! They were hard working, kind, understanding, and overall so wonderful. Espcially Christina at check-in!

Both auto check in and process to activate keys were off line. So long queue to check in, particularly as each guest had to be taken up to and allowed access to their room. With only one person on desk this was taking a long time as they also had to retrieve stored luggage. This also meant everytime you left your room, say to go to get a drink from lounge, you had to queue up again to get taken back to your room. Staff said this had been ongoing for several days. Very unsatisfactory.

We were going to London to visit the friends + I just got back from another trip and London is the stop. This hotel is in a great location. The room was clean and contained great practical functions that served what we’re looking for. The bed was big and comfortable (we chose the bigger room). The staffs were very friendly. It was worth the price!

Modern hotel with small, functional rooms in a central location. I was already familiar with the Premier Inn London Kings Cross, which is only a few minutes' walk from the hub by Premier Inn London Kings Cross Hotel. St Pancras and Kings Cross train stations are in the immediate neighbourhood. There are some nice restaurants on the canal. I had booked a single room. The furnishings are very modern. Clean, functional, cosy bed with several pillows to choose from, no wardrobe but a clothes rail, air conditioning, touchscreen room control, rain shower, smart TV and free WiFi. The fact that there are also two basement floors and that many rooms - including mine - unfortunately have no windows took some getting used to. The hotel also has some accessible rooms. During the week, the hotel is incredibly overpriced due to the high demand from business travellers - like most hotels in London. The room rate is for up to 2 adults, so not a bargain for single travellers. Nice, friendly service at check-in and also in the bar and breakfast area. The breakfast was ok, typical English breakfast, yoghurt, cereal, fruit salad and orange juice - perfectly adequate for a good start to the day.
