This was advertised as the only 5-star hotel in Canary Wharf. Location among all hotels is the best. Hotel itself is 4-star at best by New York standards, and 3-star by Hong Kong, Tokyo and Singapore standards. Not much attention to details but one could let them go. Manage expectations and all will be fine. If one is a discerning traveler who needs a true 4 to 5-star hotel to stay at, this isn’t the place to be. Otherwise it’s functional.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Marriott. The view from room was amazing breakfast was great. Fantastic choices to choose from.

The bell boy is very helpful and full of hospitality. The staff is very efficient in check in and check out. The variety of breakfast is wide and the taste of food is very good. However, we are disappointed of the housekeeping service, The housekeeper has forgotten to put the facial towels for two days out our three days of residence.

Excellent service throughout and staff very friendly. Fantastic location and superb breakfast with so much to choose from. Great location for getting in and out of central London

Lovely place the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. I will definitely come back again I’m so looking forward to it the room so spacious and the hotel they are so welcoming. Good vibe. 

The hotel was in general very decent and clean. However, some of the facilities could be a little bit old-styled.

location is very close to Canary Wharf and very convenient to go to the terminal 2 & 3 The facilities are good, but it can be regarded as 4 stars, not be 5 stars as they said? breakfast standard is very general, not as good as Marriott Regents Parks Hotel service is average

Located centrally in canary wharf. Great location especially for business travellers. Approximately 5 mins walk away from Elizabeth line. Spacious and clean rooms, would recommend

I have prepaid thru trip.com., but found out the hotel still holding my card money for the full payment even I checked out for 2 days.

Being a Marriot member for years and I am still royal for Marriot not only its great service but also good food and nice room. Definitely a nice one to you all.

One of the best hotels from Marriott group I ever stay. My family was very welcome. Only concern is about lifts. It were always full, taking a long time for your turn.

Rooms are a little dated. Restaurant and staff helpful and friendly
