Pros Not too bad a location, can get a little uncomfortable at night for solo travellers while heading back as there are few people loitering around. Smart rooms, control panel control the lights and the signs for the door. Compact room but it's cosy for one. Cons (scary encounter) Someone rang my doorbell and tried to force open the room door in the middle of the night. Luckily i locked it from the inside and door couldn't be opened. It happened twice within the same night. There was no room phone so i had to call the hotel from my own mobile, and feeling puzzled, 2 staff came up to my room to clarify. They then told me a drunk 'guest' was 'assisted' to come up the hotel rooms, but she had actually went to the wrong hotel. Weird explanation, because firstly, a room key is needed to access the lift. Secondly, if the person who assisted the drunk guest is a hotel staff who owns a master key since he's able to access the lift, he should've verify her identity prior to allowing the guest up the rooms premises. Its a safety concern. What if I did not lock the room door from the inside? The drunk guest could have just barged in and i as a female, was staying alone. Lastly, there was no kettle, only 2 bottles of water.

Perfect place to stay one night but not more. The room is well designed with useful features but as I mentioned it's very claustrophobic and for a long time can be depressing.

We arrived at the hotel, which from the outside wasn’t great. The room was clean, staff were fairly friendly. The second day the AC had broken and wasn’t fixed for the rest of our stay. It was hot, uncomfortable, felt like there wasn’t any air in our room. In all very disappointing.

Great place for just a room. The room we were in we were woken up a few times in the night with the sound of water in the pipes. Also I don't know if it was in the details when I booked but there is no kettle to make a brew in the room. in the room.

What a fantastic place to stay! Perfect for a solo visit. .just enough space and everything I needed! The quality of the bed, shower, toilettries, t.v etc was superb. . Staff very friendly. . The free tea and coffee 24hrs is GREAT! mega value for money, and I would DEFINETLY return. . I wish the window opened,as the air con wasnt that cool. But thats the only downside I experienced. . Amazing!

Staff friendliness and very clean hotel. Underground stations are very close from the hotel. Free tea and good coffee Downstairs all time. I will definitely recommend the hotel.

First time I've stayed in this type of accommodation. Bed, bathroom, bijou. Really liked it, clean, tidy, friendly people. Not quite sure why I couldn't check in without speaking to a person, which seems to defeat the object somewhat. For me though, a bit thumbs up. Decent value in a city where value isn't a word in the dictionary...

Brilliant location, friendly staff and competitively priced. I recommend this place for both business AND pleasure.
