Gute Lage im Zentrum Londons. Sehr sauber und freundliches Personal. Frühstück war perfekt. Die Zimmer sind zwar schon etwas älter. Auch die Schränke sind nicht mehr die neuesten. Für ein fünf Sterne Hotel eher grenzwertig. Bett und Mini-Bar ganz ok. Das Bad war schön gross aber auch veraltet. Room-Service wardafür sehr gut. Für ein fünf Sterne Hotel ist es eine 7/10.

酒店位置距bank地鐵站很近，出行方便，周圍超市、酒吧、中國餐館、葯店非常齊全。酒店大堂裝飾華麗，酒店是過去的倫敦銀行總部大樓改建的。前台服務不錯，但早餐餐廳服務極差！第一天點過早餐後遲遲不上，等了近一個小時，一問服務員卻説客人還沒點餐？！第四天10點過去早餐，説是時間過了已close！而check in 時前台告訴的時間是10點半結束！真是莫名其妙！！！

Fantastic location on a very historic street . The building itself is beautiful and very interesting but I feel the hotel could do a lot more with the lobby and the Bar area which is lifeless and cold in atmosphere. The food is very poor and after eating one night I ate out every other night . The breakfast is also very poor . Pastries not fresh , and the buffet offering is similar to a 3 star hotel. Service levels at reception are ok . The rooms are small but are full of character. Overall the biggest selling point is the location and I feel the uniqueness of the hotel is not utilised enough and they could do a lot better with more effort and more vision .

Not only have I been going to London for years, but I go several times a year. Every time I go, I stay at Threadneedles. Their service and hospitality is impeccable. They know me by name. The Reception Team, welcomes me by name. Ewa, who works in the restaurant, knows me too. She even knows what type of tea I drink. The concierge, James, is very knowledgeable. The lobby is beautiful. As for the rooms, not only are they clean, the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. The gym that guests have access to, is one of the best gyms I've seen, not to mention, one of the best in London. Not only do I stay at Threadneedles, but I refer my colleagues and clients. Threadneedles is by far, my favorite.

Rooms need a bit of update but the service is wow! I am travelling a lot due to my job. I had stayed in fantastic and modern hotels around the world but never had this service. Yew Gen contacted me before my check in date to ask me if they could do something for me before my arrival. Fontina the Front Desk Manager met and escorted me into the room. Friendly and funny chat followed by a courtesy call. Breakfast was tasty and the team accommodating. I will definitely stay here again.

What a great little hotel. Booked through Marriott and it is a great find. The gentleman at the door was first class and truly excellent service. Rooms are very comfortable with everything that you need. Well done all. Really lovely spot to explore from.

My friend and I stayed here for just 2 days. The staff is friendly and went above and beyond for us. Fontina the Front Office Manager helped us to book a last minute table at Sushi Samba for my birthday even though the restaurant was fully booked for both nights! I really want to say thank you to Fontina and her team for making my birthday so special!
