Small lift with max 2 person allowed. Towels changed daily. Breakfast not bad but same every day.

It is located near to Paddington station (6mins) and lancaster gate station (8 mins). There is a stretch of hotels together, and this one is located at the corner. The old man at the reception counter was very rude and unfriendly. When we got into our room, the floor was oily. The furniture, windows, heaters, chair were so dusty. The shower screen has water mark and looks like it was not properly cleaned for long. The toilet bowl has stain. The room was small that we can barely open our 2 luggages. The breakfast was okay, coffee tea, eggs, bread, ham, cheese, cereal and yogurt. The lift serves up to level 3 and we had to walk a long walk way and climb steep stairs to get to our room. On the last 2 days the lift broke down, we had to carry our heavy luggages walk through long paths and many many stairs. It was miserable. Not recommended, not worth the money.

Great location and price, breakfast is very simple though included so can’t complain.Recommend

The rooms are quite small and the pictures don’t match the images while booking.

Good location but a bit old. The rooms weren’t the cleanest but the bed was comfortable.

The place is very near the station,  nearby also have a lot of different restaurants.

Great location and hotel in London without going too over budget. It met my needs for one night.

Brilliant location a short walk from Paddington Station and main transport hub. Great easy quick check-in. Room was spotless and and well stocked with all essentials. Breakfast was slightly chaotic mainly due to number of people trying to come at the same time.

Overall it was a good experience except hotel Wi-Fi is not working at all and it’s a bit noisy in the morning when people walking outside the corridor. The entire deal is good value for money, cafe in the basement is with good service and sufficient food.

Location is very convenient and close to the Paddington station. No lift access to some rooms is the issue. Otherwise it’s okay.

Good value and great location close to Paddington. Useful free left luggage facility. Spotlessly clean room, good breakfast, friendly and efficient staff. Recommended and would book again.
