Amazing location, and excellent service!

Excellent hotel

服務很好，工作人員態度好，酒店非常漂亮，很乾凈，位置也很好，附近就是牛津街邦德街和攝政街，購物方便。

位置絕佳，環境不錯，酒店自帶餐廳也非常豐富。離各大購物商場步行距離都在30mins以內。倫敦酒店老破小，性價比幾乎可以忽略不計，不過在國內鈦金滿地走的情況下，意外在倫敦升套成功，這是讓我感動的一點。還得是老錢，套房的面積和標間簡直是兩個體驗。

酒店環境優美整潔，房間設施乾淨舒適連續兩晚，靠近海德公園，白金漢宮，出行非常方便

攜程扣款，酒店依然扣款，不做退款，不處理，攜程天天拖延，非常失望

Genuinely the worst hotel room I’ve stayed in, in 5 years. I’ve stayed 500 nights in a Marriott in the past 5 years. I booked this hotel as my girlfriend needed to visit a particular shop in London, only one night, I used my free night award and topped up the 40000 points as the hotel was 50 or 55000 points for the night. I also tried to use the suite night award for a suite which as usual with Marriott wasn’t able to be used. The lady checking us in was lovely as you’d expect. But as soon as we stepped out the lift on floor 5 we were hit with an awful smell. The room also smelt funny. And then, as can be seen on the pictures, the room was in a really, really, poor state. It felt unclean, and it looked unclean. Find it quite astounding they charge the money they do for the rooms, and actually still quite annoying that I used my points for a stay that ruined a special occasion for my girlfriend. The scones in the lounge were nice too in fairness!

I have stayed at the Grosvenor House for years and have become increasingly dissatisfied, with this property in particular and The JW Marriott brand in general. I have been a Marriott brand loyalist for decades but that is at an end. They over promise and under deliver for a “5 star” property. The Grosvenor House location is ideal and the public spaces attractive. The failings are in the accommodations which I find to be small and grossly over priced. Our Executive Room, at more than $1000/night could barely accommodate our luggage, when closed, let alone open. A king bed, side chair, small desk. A bathroom with a single vanity and difficult for two people to move around. There are plenty of other options in Mayfair which I will be exercising going forward…Unfortunate.

My room was not clean upon check in. Receipts from period guests, bits in floor. Bathroom and bathtub black stuff on floor. When asked to clean it it took them and hour came and did a lousy job. This morning I was really disgusted to go in the shower and tried cleaning it again first with the shower gel
