I LOVE IT I WANT TO GO BACK, the room was so pretty and clean, I’m from Spain so here is not the same weather as there but the room was warm and the beds were so comfortable and I love it the food and the staff were so nice to us.

The room assigned was facing the bridge and was on the 10th floor. I could not endure the noise. I finally requested a room change at midnight. I was moved to the 13th floor, facing the same direction, with the same noise issue. Then I was moved to the 11th floor, where the room was smaller than the original one I had booked. Finally, I was assigned to another room on the 8th floor. It was so frustrating! By the way, the porter Mr Stici is good and helpful in helping moving from one to another

I stayed there for four days, and my next stay will be for three days. I am very upset with the hotel's room arrangement. They assigned me a room at the far end of the corridor, next to the linen lift/tray, and it was noisy. The TV was not properly mounted on the wall and was tilted. There was no signal either. I found human hair on the bed and in the toilet. On the last morning, there was no hot water in the bathroom, which was a significant inconvenience. No one answered my calls for help. I had also requested by email for my parcels to be left at the concierge. I assumed the person at the concierge knew about it because the email was replied to. However, when I went directly to the concierge, the guy told me I should have asked him directly instead of sending it to the duty manager. He mentioned it would cost 20 pounds per parcel per day, but he could waive the fee for me. This seemed really odd.

It’s a good renovated hotel, their breakfast buffet is probably the best one out there. The only thing is location is a bit further out from everything else otherwise good hotel for the price!

The location was great for Muslim travellers. Near to subway and a lot of halal food options.

trip.com AI CS responded that Hilton hotel refused to change the check-in date to August. I  checked in as originally scheduled for July, but the hotel reception said  fully booked that day and said that my check-in date had been changed to August. Fortunately, the receptionist actively helped . This time I was very disappointed with Trip.com’s booking service! Almost made me sleep on the street!

The waiters serving the breakfast were impolite to us. And the concierge staffs also gave instructions in a rude way. It’s not acceptable with respect to an international hotel brand

Usual Hilton attitude staffs. Everything need to be asked for example slippers, water, lotion etc. It is just a high end hotel with basic facilities. Location is good.

The hotel is very conveniently located, close to Edgware Road tube station and Paddington Station. The staff at the reception counters are friendly and helpful. There are a lot of supermarkets and restaurants around. The rooms are spacious. Will stay there again when I go to London in future.

Great location and good service, but the bathroom was old and grimy, dirty and the drain was clogged so it was difficult and disgusting for the four of us who shared the room to have a shower as the water didn't run. :(

This is my second stay in this hotel, and you will never ever get a room matching with your order. The location of the hotel is good, close to underground and paddington. Highly doubt there is discrimination. The newly renovated rooms were assigned to europeans and left those shabby rooms to others. The breakfast is not worthy of money, with little food and stalls, but a lot of ppl waiting and queuing everyday. I would recommend you buy from Costa right opposite the hotel if your booking doesn’t include a breakfast. The breakfast is worth at a fair price around 15 pounds maximum. We booked a queen’s room newly renovated in the trip.com. However, first night the reception tell me to upgrade to a superior double queen room due to no room available.. I rejected in the first place but reception insist no other room available, asking me second day morning to come back to reception to change a room. The room assigned is an shabby room with old amenities. The second day morning I came to reception to request a room change as I was told last night. However, it was so hard to change a room, after going through a reception staff and waiting for minutes for a manager to approve and told me that’s the ONLY room available. The way of speaking is like take it no matter you accept or not, that’s the only choice for you. The room assigned was in the mid tower, but still a shabby room with dated amenities until I moved in, which is not matching to what I have booked. In the room change process, I became no access to my previous room while my luggages are all in the room. Meanwhile, I heard an old couple just checking in that morning was assigned a room in east wing which is a new renovated room. Yet the hotel telling us there were no other rooms available just minutes ago.
