Tuyệt vời cho một đêm dừng chân. Tôi không hề cảm thấy ngột ngạt chút nào. Nhân viên dọn dẹp thường xuyên đi lại và nhân viên rất nhiệt tình và thân thiện. Nhà có đèn, máy hút mùi và 2 ổ cắm USB. Áo có khóa bên trong và có thể khóa bên ngoài nếu bạn mang theo ổ khóa. Nên mang theo giày dép để đi vệ sinh vì sàn nhà lúc nào cũng ướt.

Best location in central London. Really nice toilet, room was really convenient and will highly recommend for solo travellers.

Good location and super for solo travelers. Clean and easy. It will be even better if some facilities such as drink water can be provided.

My first time staying in a capsule and I would highly recommend especially if you are on a budget.  Each set of capsules are in their own room that can only be accessed by your electronic key, the toilet/shower area is a big area and very clean. When I arrived there were loads of people checking in but I barely bumped into anyone, especially when using the communal areas. There’s always someone on hand at the check in area to help and security on site (who were very friendly). The capsule itself had enough room to sit up in and the bed was comfy. There was also a dimmer light and an extractor fan to keep the capsule ventilated.  Hooks were provided within the capsule to hang up backpacks and jackets, etc and you could lock it from the inside and attach a padlock to the outside too for when you were out.

It’s a capsule — just a place to sleep for the night, so you shouldn’t expect much more. However, as a capsule, it was very clean, the ventilation worked perfectly, and the noise level was totally fine for me. There were plenty of toilets, all very clean, and during my stay, I never had to wait — there was always one available. Its exactly like the pictures.

The capsule hotel is generally clean and well-maintained, though if you look closely, there are some food leftovers stuck in the small gap between the mattress and the floor. The location is excellent, right in the busiest area, so it’s very convenient for sightseeing and transport. However, the amenities are quite basic — you really can’t compare it with capsule hotels in Japan. There’s no hair dryer, and the shower requires you to keep pressing a button to maintain the water flow, which can be a bit annoying. You also can’t adjust the water temperature. That said, the capsule space itself is more spacious than expected, and overall it’s a decent choice for a short stay if you mainly care about location and cleanliness.

Less than a minute's walk from Piccadilly Circus. Easy check-in with staff on hand to assist. Capsules have a fan, light and charge points. Towel provided free which is a rarity. Showers and toilets clean. Those who brought a suitcase, had it sitting outside their capsule. Bring your own lock to secure the slide door to the capsule.

The service was great - from the security on the door to the members of staff in reception and the cleaning staff - everyone was friendly and helpful. The facilities were mixed - the reception area is certainly sparse; there are a couple of sofas and a vending machine - not somewhere you would really want to hang out for any period of time and certainly not a great space to socialise... fortunately, being Piccadilly, there are other places close by. Even McDonald's in Leicester Square was more inviting (they do a good porridge for breakfast there) The bathrooms were plentiful and functional, alas the towel you get is rather thin and small, especially if you are there on a multi-day stay. The rules are comprehensive, though not always followed, especially around noise levels. I was in a lower capsule the first night and the person above did make a lot of noise, resulting in not a lot of sleep happening... One other thing to note is the entry point for the capsule hotel - at the moment there is work being done, so what may eventually be the main entrance is not accessible, hopefully soon - so you need to go down the side of the building, and do not go to the Zedwell Hotel, where they have much larger rooms, but no capsules/cocoons... One other thing to note in you cocoon is that to give you fresh air, there is an extractor fan, above your head, and it is quite noisy... some people who slept with it off, left the end shutter open a bit to get more air. The other thing you will need is a padlock, if you want to leave things in the cocoon whilst you are out, as there is no other secure storage (though you can leave bags with reception) Overall, for the cost, it is a great place to stay, very central and certainly reasonably comfortable... and I will probably stay again - though for the same price, I may well choose a hostel as there is more opportunity to socialise.

My capsule was covered in dust, and I coughed all night because of it. There were also stain residues in many spots that looked like ketchup. Apart from the bed linens, nothing was clean. The bathrooms were in terrible condition. The only thing I liked about this place was the music playing in the bathrooms. The front desk staff was very weak — the system couldn’t find my reservation, and it took several minutes for the person in charge to resolve the issue. If self check-in isn’t going to be fast, then what’s the point of having it?
