Property is under renovation but the gesture what they are using for the traveller that is the best. This guy swapnil is *** to meet in this property he is always ready to help. Always smiling and telling us jokes all the time. Sapna from housekeeping team. Priya from reception. From the check in to check out they behave like a family with us. Because of my personal problem I have checked out early. But I promised to swapnil that I will definitely come again after renovation. Thank you soo much for this type of hospitality from dukes team. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Hospitality provide by Ms Shanur was exceptional. The way she greet and her politeness everything was upto the mark .It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service.Highly recommended will definitely visit soon for long stay..Thankyou

We had booked our visit and stay at DUKES to celebrate our anniversary as was recommended by a good friend. Surprisingly, when we were checking in, we understood that the retreat is going through renovation with limited amenities. It was a bit disappointing when you have travelled from another state to celebrate a special occasion. When we expressed our concern to the ***agement, Mr Ankit and Mr. Guleria were kind and gracious to waive our full booking and offer our stay on the house. Frankly, I have not come across such generosity and humbleness in the hospitality industry..I truly appreciate this gesture. The property is a great one once it's revamped. The entire crew from housekeeping ( special mention to Tanmay) was humble and dedicated to customer requests. F&B was absolutely fantastic with great breakfast spread. I am looking forward to visiting them back once they are ready with a new outfit. Thank you guys for your wonderful hospitality and care albeit challenges. Wishing you good luck.

It was really very great experience at this place. Specially this is pet friendly place so we really enjoy with my pet. Thanks for giving this amazing experience. Quite a unique experience to stay in the sky villa. The villa is well appointed with all the necessary fittings, while the overall architecture of the resort is quite well curated.

Don't recommend. Almost all their services were under renovation. There's no pool or bar, and they're still charging full prices. When we complained to the front desk, they said that there's a popup on the website which definitely wasn't there when we booked it, and they refused to do anything about it. The lawn side of our rooms were also not well maintained. Boycott this place, and don't make a fool of yourself and waste so much money by going here.

Went with wife to Dukes Retreat after reading good reviews. Its on the old Khandala highway. Check in was rather smooth. We stayed two nights at the resort. Room was Deluxe valley view room and was decent in size. Room was clean and had necessary amenities and toiletries. We had lunch at the Dutchess Restaurant and found the same to be decent. We had taken the buffet option, the spread was decent with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices. The breakfast was at the panorama cafe, though we didnt get space to sit near the valley as it becomes extremely crowded in morning. The service was a tad slow, but options was decent with spread across north and south indian cuisines. The best thing was the huge lawn adjacent the valley and highway. Some nice swings have been placed for guests to sit and enjoy the evening tea/coffee. They do give coupons which can be exchanged either for tea or hard drinks. There was live guitarist/singer at the Dutchess restaurant. There is a spa too, which we didnt use. There was some swimming pool work going on due to which pool was non-operational. The surroundings are serene and peaceful. Lonavala market will be a nice 20 min walk from the resort. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will be back soon.

A very good resort to visit with your family members for relaxed get away weekend ... they have ***y services ... the rooms are very nice and decent ..... the services is on point the location has and amazing view.... and one will definitely enjoy the stay here .... I will highly recommended to my family and friends to visit this place 👍

Would have given 5star if swimming pool and restaurant was open as it was the highlight of the resort and they still have before renovation pictures online that is misleading they should remove those photos or mention in highlight that renovation is happening. Due to renovation i could see the drastic change in services as I have visited before most of the staff is very polite and understanding but some seemed untrained one guy came to check tv with dirty shoose and left reception lady simran was giving Oyo vibe, phone in our room was not working but was repaired later Construction dust was everywhere. Food was the saviour enjoyed the breakfast spread special mention chef who made the food, payal who took special care of us as we had kid with us , reception shanu for giving early check in with nice room, chandu Maybe will visit after renovation!!

Firstly, the cost of the stay seemed considerably high compared to other hotels in the area offering similar facilities. This was a notable point of comparison for me, and I suggest revisiting the pricing strategy to ensure competitiveness in the market. Furthermore, I understand that construction is underway at the resort, impacting the availability of certain amenities. It was disappointing to find that the swimming pool and café were inoperative during my stay. These facilities were among the reasons I chose your resort, and their non-functionality affected the overall enjoyment of my visit. Additionally, I encountered challenges with the strict rule regarding evening tea service between 5 to 6 pm. Despite placing an order at 6:03 pm, I was informed that the time had lapsed, and I could only receive the tea on a chargeable basis. Clear communication about such policies and a bit of flexibility would greatly enhance the guest experience. Lastly, the construction work seemed to have an impact on the cleanliness of the lobbies and lifts. I understand that construction can be messy, but maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests, even during renovations, is crucial. In light of these concerns, I would like to suggest that if certain facilities listed on the website are not available due to ongoing construction, it would be fair not to charge guests for them. This transparency would ***age expectations more effectively and contribute to a positive guest experience. I appreciate your attention to these matters and hope that this feedback proves helpful in enhancing the overall guest experience at your resort. I believe addressing these issues will not only benefit current guests but also contribute to the long-term success of your establishment. Only Positive is food which was Awesome mind blowing taste.
