Apartamentos Guitart

Very disappointed as advertised as having access to 4 pools. To be informed on arrival access to an indoor pool at a cost of €20 per person for an hour. I would never have booked apar**ent with no pool . Very basic accommodation but very nice view from balcony. .

We stayed here from the 12/09/23 to 19/09/23. Never again the apar**ent was run down. Huge gaps in the flooring, torn curtains, no air con (two fans provided), and no extractors in the kitchenette or bathroom, light that didn't work. No cleaning service, but no cleaning equipment was provided either. We did manage to get the bed linen and floors washed but we had to argue for it. There are no facilities, no pool, bar, or restaurant. The beach is down lots of steps. not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or buggies. The beach is not child-friendly as there is a steep incline to get to the water, and it gets deep very quickly. On a positive note, the staff at reception were friendly and courteous. We booked through Globe Holidays, it was our first time using this company, and it will definitely be the last. We were shown fantastic pictures of The Guitart complex, everything you could ask for in a holiday. The problem it was it is their sister complex up the road from us, and we weren't allowed to use their facilities as they are classed as two separate units. We also booked transfers, we followed the instructions and were even 30 minutes early to the pick-up point. No bus showed up, we discovered they arrived one hour and twenty minutes early, and made no contact with us. It cost us an extra €56.00 for a taxi to the airport. When contacted the transfer company washed their hands of the situation blaming Globe Holiday. Please think seriously before booking anything with this company. What should have been a relaxing week for myself and my husband turned out to be anything but.

Very clean and well looked after and a quiet area and staff where friendly

Just back from a week with my family, the apar**ents no longer have access to any of the rest of the resort no pools, bars, lounge areas just a very basic room with no air-conditioning. if you want the room cleaned it 25 euro each time and each clean towel is 3 euro. very disappointing all round. would not recommend.

Convenable

Our stay was pleasant enough and already booked again. The only down side were some noisy people now and again, the apar**ent was cleaned when we asked. The reception were very friendly.

Matelas horrible on sent les ressort pas de confort hotel plus piur des jeunes qui cherche des petit dans une grand ville proche du centre-ville Présence de bidet dans la salle de bain qui se fait plus de nos jours a fuir pour les famille place de parking payant 20€ + 5€ de cautions 100€ débité avant de rentrer dans l'appartement comme caution

Très sale, vétuste, ventilateur cassé, sale de bain avec moisissure
