We booked a disabled room which wasn't as big as it is depicted in the photos. There wasn't much room to manouvre a wheelchair and luggage. If you use a stand hoist eg Sara 3000 be aware, the bathroom is rather smal eg handbasin is to close to the toilet - take care when raising the hoist because you are likely to take the glass shelf with it and keep your elbows tucked in
For those who can manage to stand on their own the room is fine. The bed is really comfortable norisk to pressure areas
I hope this is useful full on wheelchair friends.

The staff at this hotel go above and beyond what you would expect for an hotel, so helpful, nothing is too much trouble to make your stay a great one, special mention for Michelle who made my stay memorable.

Nighttime plagued by seagull infighting on the roof opposite my window.
Room temperature was too high for the summertime, otherwise a pleasant stay.

absolutely love my stay staff whete friendly and helpfullroom was clean only thing is more toilet tissue should be put in the room or tissues just for those of us with allergies hope fully i will be back and i hope one of the staff member see's his friends from newcastle again

Did a one night stay here as a quick stop. Bed was comfy and room was decent. as it was an overnight it didnt matter much, but it was cheap and with easy parking, it is perfect for a travel stop if you are heading this far west. No food, but there is a great establishment next door which you can grab some food and a drink.

Great location. Tidy room, comfy bed. Friendly staff. Restaurant(s) below and cafes close-by. Asda only a 2 min walk away.

Terrible. Would not recommend.The bathroom was dirty around the sides and the beds very uncomfortable . No free parking. Manager nice very pleasant and helpful.

We stayed in the family room which was very comfortable and extremely clean. I was impressed with the generous amount of towels and the handwashing smelt lovely. Staff can’t do enough for you lovely people Location is good very central in town centre with shops and cafes all close by
