Everyone is telling me a seaside hotel is like this rundown inside. Walking round the hotel to get out I did see that other rooms looked nice. Mine had paint peeling off the walls. A broken and exposed light above me on the bed a very dated bathroom and the corridor picture of the carpet shows a damp problem maybe. There is a nice chip shop round the corner from it. That side of Llandudno is ok for the theatre but not for anything else. I got my steps up though.

After putting our bags in we walked the mile to the pier. After a night of sight seeing we went back I walked in the room and I screw stuck in my foot , I went to wash thd blood in the shower and the head didn't fit on properly and soaked me ,after going to bed I was woken 3 times 12 , 1 , 2 , o'clock shouting and banging from the bar seems staff weren't bother , again at 7 in the morning banging and shouting . I complained about the screw , the awakenings, no batteries in remote had to get out of bed to turn off , and was just basically ignored took my key , and then moved on to the nxt person who was also complaining . Never again

We paid for breakfast at 9:15 and when we go to eat breakfast the staff have told it’s closed already breakfast till 9:30.

Amazing room and view couldn't find another room better than this room. The cleanness was spot on. The room size is great

During my recent stay at this hotel, I experienced a truly remarkable level of hospitality, coupled with top-notch amenities and delectable culinary offerings. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in, the rooms were very unclean, with a damp stain coming from the ceiling, the toilets and windows has not been cleaned, the curtains were torn and the floor needed vacuuming. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

I stayed one night. The room was clean with private bathtub and shower. Nice quiet room. We had our dog with us it is good to find a dog friendly hotel. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Hotel has private parking at the rear. Restaurant and fish and chip shop nearby. Hotel is on front across from the beach excellent location I would stay again.

It was a small room but neat and clean. It’s a topical economical package, breakfast was very good though.

算是水景房之一吧… 👍 優點： 1. 工作人員親切且樂於助人，我們向他們詢問搭乘公車的相關事宜，很快就獲得了幫助 2. 價格適宜 3. 附近有不錯的餐廳，十分方便 👎 缺點： 1. 外面下大雨，房間靠窗的地方下小雨 2.地板有拐幾拐幾的聲音，隔音不好，你的鄰居房客講話的聲音會像念咒一樣吵的你不能睡覺

房間舒適、設施齊全。入住時付50鎊按金，退房已及時還給我們。我們住很多英國酒店，很少有酒店收按金或要信用卡，感覺不好，希望取消入住按金。

1) 小心這間酒店。它會重復收費，我已經有兩次經驗。記得離開酒店之後，一定要檢查自己信甪卡戶口有否被扣多咗錢。 2) 酒店房內嘈雜，不知嘈音在那處發出。最後向服務員提出換房。

是很老舊的旅館，但是位置和景色很棒，員工也很親切。不過設施確實糟糕，半夜天花板漏水漏到了我們臉上，不會幫忙打掃衞生，隔音也比較糟糕，雖然那一塊看起來賓館差不多都長這樣。

房間基本東西都有 地點很好 我每天都去門口的沙灘游泳 工作人員非常好 非常熱情 Staffs are super nice and helpful
