We loved this Premier Inn. It was in a great location, literally just off the M8 but still quiet. It was an ideal hotel for our overnight stay to hit the shops at Livingston Designer Outlet, only a 5 min drive away. The staff were so friendly and welcoming which was great to see. There is a golf club with lovely grounds a short walk up the hill which has a ten pin bowling alley. We will definitely be returning here again.

Very clean and comfortable room. The shower over the bath thing is a bit dated, could do with an update. Overall very satisfied with service offered. The meal-deal on offer was very good value with the choice of food excellent. The free parking onsite was very good with clearly marked spaces and plenty of room.

Waiter is sour faced no crack at all. Hotel and restaurant smell awful of mould. Corridor floors very creaky can hear every person walking back and forth. Hotel is run down doesn't look like it's had any renovations since it opened. Bed very comfortable and great shower. Have to pull TV cable to make it work. Glad it was only 1 night stay.

Very comfortable bed and great pillows. Always have a good sleep here. The room was a good size, could do with a glass in addition to the mug provided. Restaurant food was good and reasonably priced. The bar and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful.

I am always a fan of premier inns but this one let me down. It is well positioned off the motorway but the rest was disappointing. All staff encountered were lovely at least. The room was freezing when we arrived and the room was so dated and just a bit neglected. Everything was spotless clean though and as usual the bed was fantastic with lovely linen and wonderful towels. All the corridors and stairways had a abandoned feel and smell about them. This hotel would be fantastic with a refurb. The attached restaurant served good food but also had sticky tables and was desperately needing a refurb. Breakfast was good too but in the daylight it still looked unloved. I actually wouldnt stay here again as we paid a lot of money and it wasnt really worth it but after some investment it could be a great hotel

Livingston M8 The staff are really nice but not helpful. The bathroom floor and bedroom walls were in desperate need of a good clean. A little TLC is need, I don't look at the front line teams, this is a reflection on the Premier Inn leadership team. Premier Inn can do so much better than this. I don't want my money back, I want Premier Inn to provide the service they used to provide 3 years ago.

Great hotel and amazing staff. My son left his games console behind and we live in Buckinghamshire! The lovely staff packaged it up securely for a courier to collect! Lovely staff and great food in the restaurant. Will definitely stay again. Thank you so much

Warm welcome and clean room. Bought the meal deal. The food is miles better than the Premier Inn down the road. Paid for the WiFi upgrade. If only the WiFi speeds were better, I’d have given five stars. Shrubbery in the car park is rather tatty.

Stayed for one night. Room comfy and clean. Warm without being overheated. Although the building is slightly tired looking it was clean and tidy. Would maybe benefit from a coat of paint. Staff all pleasant, friendly and helpful. Good night’s sleep. Good meal Deer Park Beefeater next door. Good breakfast as well.

Hotel ok for price a little more attention to cleaning otherwise ok Must mention receptionist Zoe most knowledgeable about locality travelling times even Uber costs places to eat etc felt like she cared we had a pleasant experience and felt could ask her anything and it wouldn’t be any trouble

Over the years my wife and I have used Premier inn across the country,always raved about the quality versus the price,I thought they were excellent. Stayed in Liverpool Feb 24....not so good. Stayed in Livingston Jan 25....awful,I know bad revues won't change people's minds about were they stay and spend but it's sad to see such a decline in what was once a quality product. I really can't stay again. I value my sleep,so many doors banging. I like to be able to feel clean after I've touched a light switch. Cobwebs hanging over the bed....just not a great experience, this won't change the standard that I seek, money needs spending in a refurb. An experience worth telling.

Stayed here last week, great hotel nicely located for shopping centre , room was nice size , very clean , bath in bathroom which was a nice change after day of shopping , staff were very friendly and helpful , room was nice a quiet, check in check out fast and easy , price of room only was superb, will definitely stay again

I was welcomed to the Premier Inn with exceptional customer service by Jamie, Very helpful and polite and swiftly dealt with my reservation, Great staff and a nice place to stay with easy access to the nearby M8 motorway and accessible to Glasgow and Edinburgh.
