The Z Hotel Liverpool

It was very good, the staff were very helpful and knowledge. The location was perfect.

We couldn’t use the hot water on 27 dec- 28 dec (1 day) because of the boiler issue.

Staff are very welcoming and friendly, room was very clean. Bed in very firm but pillows are very good and comfortable.

Nothing is too much for the staff to help you out. 100% customer focused. Great value for money. great location. Great snack type quick food at the bar. Great offers for z-Hotel members such as complimentary cheese board and wine/beer on an evening and same applies to free coffee in the morning. Happy days!

Nice hotel with small reception on ground floor. Service is nice. Staff cool & helpful. Hotel is just next to city centre n metro station. Plenty of cafe n restaurant all around. Beautiful views of the city from room windows. Room was ok with working air con. Everything really good except lifts. Either u can wait for one and only lift working for a big hotel which has 8 floors. It was nightmare for us. A lift where hardly 4 people can stand is working for up down with full of people. Not happy for such thing. Except that all fine and happy to stayed there.

This hotel was a lucky find. Given that we would probably have picked a cheap Premier Inn, if it was midweek, ( circumstances brought us to town Saturday to Monday), this turned out to be a great choice. The Z hotel at the weekend was chesier than the Premier Inn!! We broke down on the way, returning home to arrive in Liverpool at 7pm, do what an absolute welcome was the free wine and cheese. Certainly cheered me up. The rooms and bed are small but you're not in it much so it doesn't matter. The bed was comfy, shower lovely, tea and coffee making facilities, thankfully, and Sky TV should you really need to watch it when in a fabulous place like Liverpool. It's in a top position so close to all the amenities, caver club, and dock side. Perfect for a sightseeing weekend. Breakfast was limited, so we only had it one day. Staff were lovely, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend

Basic, does the job and good location. The breakfast was ok and it's functional for the the price. Aircon is odd and won't want to stay there in winter as I would imagine it gets very cold and only one lift for 8 floors so be prepared to wait for it to reach your floor

Amazing value for money in a city centre location. Close to The Cavern and all the associated Beatles related attractions. Also close to a range of good restaurants, the Pier Head and the Albert Docks. Large, comfy and clean room with Air Con and Sky TV. Friendly and attentive staff. The perfect place to stay.

This is the best place to stay in Liverpool . The location is fantastic. All the stall are amazing, friendly , polite and courteous I have stayed here a few times and the rooms are spotless If you want a good nights sleep on the most comfy of beds with amazing pillows then stay here . And wake up to an excellent shower Plus , the food is really tasty Cannot speak highly enough of this hotel
